Under-eye tissue stimulator / mesotherapy cocktail

Description

Dermaren Lumi Eyes is a polynucleotide-based under-eye biorevitalizant and tissue stimulator developed for needle mesotherapy around the eyes and tear trough. Its active component, polynucleotide PDRN derived from purified salmon (fish milt) DNA, repairs dermal damage, stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis, and promotes tissue regeneration. The treatment aims to reduce dark circles, bruising and signs of fatigue, smooth fine lines and wrinkles, moisturise and firm the under-eye skin, and improve overall skin quality and elasticity in an extremely natural way.

Bnefits

  • Reduces dark circles and bruising under the eyes.
  • Smooths and softens fine lines and wrinkles in the under-eye area.
  • Deeply hydrates and plumps the skin, improving firmness and elasticity.
  • Stimulates collagen and elastin production to strengthen and thicken the delicate periorbital skin.
  • Repairs dermal damage using tissue-regenerating polynucleotides obtained from purified salmon DNA.
  • Improves microcirculation and skin brightness, helping to reduce signs of fatigue and blueish discolouration.
  • Supports the formation of a healthier skin barrier and overall skin rejuvenation around the eyes.
  • Provides natural-looking results with minimal downtime; patients can usually resume normal activities shortly after treatment.

Indications

  • Revitalisation of the eyelid and under-eye area.
  • Dark circles and bruising under the eyes.
  • Fatigue and blueish discolouration of the lower eyelids.
  • Flaccidity and numerous fine wrinkles around the eyes (crow’s feet, under-eye lines).
  • Reduced turgor and elasticity of the periorbital skin.
  • General under-eye rejuvenation in patients with early signs of ageing and tissue thinning.

Composition

  • Polynucleotide (PDRN) 2 mg/ml
  • Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) 250–350 kDa (purified salmon fish milt DNA)
  • Glutathione
  • Aqua (Water)
  • Sodium Chloride
  • Buffering and stabilising excipients (trace, formulation-dependent)

Formulation

  • Sterile, clear injectable polynucleotide solution / gel.
  • Low molecular weight PDRN complex designed for dermal tissue repair and regeneration.
  • Biorevitalizant / tissue stimulator for professional mesotherapy use.

Packaging

  • 1 pre-filled sterile syringe × 1.0 ml per pack.
  • Supplied as a single-use medical-aesthetic injectable; needles are typically not included and are selected separately by the practitioner.

Usage

  • For professional use only; indicated for needle mesotherapy treatments in the under-eye and tear trough region.
  • Cleanse and disinfect the periorbital skin thoroughly before treatment.
  • Administer by microinjections / mesotherapy technique into the superficial to mid-dermis of the under-eye area, avoiding intravascular injection and maintaining an appropriate distance from the orbital margin.
  • Typical treatment course: approximately 3 sessions spaced about 4 weeks apart, with repeat courses 1–2 times per year depending on clinical response and patient goals.
  • Use aseptic technique throughout; each syringe is intended for single-patient use only.
  • After treatment, advise patients to avoid rubbing the area, intense heat (sauna, hot baths) and vigorous exercise for a short period, and to use broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect treated skin.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to polynucleotides, fish-derived products (salmon DNA), glutathione or any other component of the formulation.
  • Active skin infections, inflammation, eczema, dermatitis or open wounds in the planned treatment area.
  • History of severe keloid or hypertrophic scarring in the periorbital region when using needle-based techniques.
  • Severe systemic illness, uncontrolled autoimmune disease or significant immunosuppression, unless carefully evaluated by a physician.
  • Bleeding disorders or use of strong anticoagulant therapy that may increase bruising/bleeding risk with injections.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless a qualified medical professional specifically deems the treatment appropriate in accordance with local regulations.
  • Use on suspicious pigmented lesions, atypical moles or undiagnosed lumps in the eye area, which require medical/dermatologic assessment rather than cosmetic treatment.

Adverse Effects

  • Transient redness, swelling and mild tenderness at injection sites around the eyes.
  • Bruising or small hematomas, particularly in patients prone to bruising or on anticoagulants.
  • Temporary feeling of tightness, slight soreness or lumpiness in the treated area immediately after injections.
  • Rare post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or, conversely, hypopigmentation, especially in darker skin types or after aggressive techniques.
  • Rare allergic or hypersensitivity reactions to polynucleotides, glutathione or other excipients.
  • Risk of infection if aseptic technique or aftercare is inadequate.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Keep in original blister/box packaging until use to maintain sterility and stability.
  • Do not freeze; avoid extreme temperature fluctuations.
  • Use before the expiry date printed on the packaging.
  • Once the syringe is opened/used, any remaining product must be discarded; single-patient, single-use only.

Duration

A standard protocol commonly consists of a series of ~3 sessions at 4-week intervals, with results typically lasting around 6\u201312 months before a maintenance course is considered.

Onset

Improved hydration and freshness of the under-eye area may be visible after the first session; reduction of dark circles, fine lines and improved elasticity generally becomes more pronounced over the full course of several treatments and continues to evolve as collagen and elastin synthesis increase.
