Non-injectable biorevitalizing ampoules for face and body
Description
DERMICA REVITALIZING SOLUTION (10x2ml), also known as The Line - Revitalizing Solution / EX DERMICA REVITALZON, is a professional non-injectable cosmetic mesotherapy solution designed to revitalise the skin, increase its resistance and improve elasticity and radiance. Thanks to the combined action of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), disodium ATP, copper gluconate and sodium hyaluronate, the solution boosts cell metabolism and renewal, supports collagen and elastin synthesis, reconstructs the cellular matrix of aged or damaged skin and helps correct premature wrinkles and visible imperfections. Hyaluronic acid keeps the skin hydrated and contributes to a protective barrier that limits transepidermal water loss, resulting in smoother, brighter, more resilient skin. It is presented in 10 x 2 ml ampoules as a cosmetic, non-injectable product for professional use, typically applied with transdermal mesotherapy techniques such as microneedling, electroporation or similar protocols.

Usage
- Professional cosmetic use only; not for injection.
- 1. Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly according to clinic protocol, ensuring the skin is intact and free of make-up and surface oils.
- 2. Open one 2 ml ampoule of DERMICA REVITALIZING SOLUTION immediately before use.
- 3. Apply the solution evenly to the treatment area (face, neck, décolleté or other indicated regions) using gloved fingertips, a brush, sterile gauze or device-specific applicators.
- 4. The solution can be used alone topically or combined with non-injectable mesotherapy techniques such as microneedling (e.g. dermapen/Goldpen), electroporation or ultrasound, following the device manufacturer’s recommendations and local regulations.
- 5. When used with microneedling: choose appropriate needle length and settings according to skin type, region and indication; distribute the solution gradually over the area and glide the device gently without excessive pressure.
- 6. Allow the product to remain on the skin to be absorbed; gently massage any remaining solution until it is evenly distributed and the skin feels hydrated.
- 7. Conclude the treatment with appropriate post-procedure care (e.g. soothing cream, non-occlusive moisturiser and, for daytime, broad-spectrum sunscreen).
- 8. Discard any unused solution from the opened ampoule after the session; do not store or reuse opened ampoules.
- 9. Typical protocols involve a course of sessions (for example, 4–8 treatments spaced 1–2 weeks apart) with maintenance sessions as needed, according to skin condition and practitioner judgement.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients, including sodium hyaluronate, copper gluconate or any amino acid component.
- Active skin infections (bacterial, viral or fungal) or inflammatory dermatoses in the proposed treatment area.
- Open wounds, active bleeding, severe irritation or compromised skin barrier in the treatment region.
- Severe uncontrolled systemic disease where aesthetic mesotherapy-style procedures are not advisable, according to medical judgement.
- Relative contraindication during pregnancy or breastfeeding; use only if deemed appropriate by a qualified healthcare professional, in line with local regulations.
- Avoid application on mucous membranes, inside the nose or mouth, or in the eyes and on eyelids.
- Caution in patients with a history of keloids, hypertrophic scarring or pronounced post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation when combined with needling devices.
Adverse Effects
- Transient erythema (redness), warmth or mild oedema at the application site, especially when used with microneedling or other device-assisted techniques.
- Temporary tightness or tingling sensations following application as cellular activity and microcirculation are stimulated.
- Mild dryness or flaking in some individuals, particularly when combined with other exfoliating or resurfacing procedures.
- Rarely, irritant or allergic contact reactions (persistent redness, itching, swelling, burning or rash); treatment should be stopped and medical advice sought if such symptoms occur.
- Improper technique or overly aggressive device parameters may increase the risk of bruising, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or, in invasive protocols, scarring.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry place at controlled room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Keep ampoules in their original outer carton to protect them from light and mechanical damage.
- Do not use ampoules that are cracked, leaking or otherwise damaged.
- Once opened, each ampoule must be used immediately and any remaining solution discarded; do not reseal or reuse opened ampoules.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Follow any additional storage indications printed on the packaging or professional product information.
Duration
Generally used as a course of professional biorevitalisation sessions over several weeks, for example 4–8 treatments at intervals of 1–2 weeks, followed by maintenance sessions every 1–3 months depending on skin ageing, lifestyle and clinical response.
Onset
Skin often appears more hydrated, luminous and smoother soon after the first few sessions, with progressive improvements in elasticity, firmness and reduction of fine lines and imperfections becoming more visible over the full treatment course as collagen and cellular matrix are supported.
