Peptide & Hyaluronic Acid Scalp Filler
Description
Dr. CYJ® Hair Filler is an advanced injectable treatment specifically developed to address hair loss and scalp concerns. Created by Caregen Co., Ltd., it is recognised as one of the first peptide-based hair fillers in the world. The clear, sterile gel combines hyaluronic acid with a patented complex of seven biomimetic peptides to stimulate hair follicles, improve scalp microcirculation, and support hair regrowth. Supplied as 2 x 1 ml pre-filled syringes, Dr. CYJ Hair Filler is injected into the scalp by qualified medical professionals to reduce hair thinning, strengthen existing hair, and enhance overall scalp health. The formulation is the result of many years of peptide research and is classified as a Class III CE-marked medical device for professional use.

Usage
- For professional use only; must be administered by suitably qualified and trained medical practitioners experienced in injectable scalp treatments.
- Before treatment, thoroughly disinfect the scalp area to be injected.
- Inject Dr. CYJ Hair Filler into the superficial to mid-dermis of the scalp in the regions of hair thinning or damage, using an appropriate fine needle or multi-needle device (e.g. 30–32G, short length), following the IFU and local clinical protocols.
- Standard in-clinic protocol commonly consists of 4 treatment sessions spaced approximately 2 weeks apart.
- A consolidation phase may follow with around 3 additional sessions spaced about 1 month apart, depending on clinical judgement and patient response.
- Injection points are usually spaced in a grid pattern over the affected area; care should be taken to inject small aliquots per point to ensure even distribution.
- After treatment, patients are often advised to avoid washing the hair, using saunas/steam rooms, or intense physical exercise for a short period (for example 24–48 hours or as per clinic protocol).
- Patients should follow all post-procedure instructions given by their practitioner, which may include avoiding alcohol, direct sun exposure or irritant hair products for several days.
- Treatment can be repeated as necessary based on practitioner assessment to maintain or enhance results.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, any of the listed peptides or other components of the product.
- Presence of active scalp infections, inflammatory scalp diseases or open wounds at the intended injection sites (e.g. folliculitis, severe seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis flares).
- Patients with a history of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis, unless carefully evaluated and deemed suitable by a physician.
- Autoimmune diseases or immunosuppression, unless the treating physician judges that the benefits outweigh the risks.
- Bleeding disorders or current use of anticoagulant / antiplatelet therapies where injection-related bleeding risk is unacceptable.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (use is generally not recommended due to limited safety data).
- Patients under 18 years of age.
- Any other condition where the practitioner considers injectable treatment inappropriate or unsafe.
Adverse Effects
- Typical injection-site reactions such as transient pain, tenderness, redness (erythema), swelling or itching at the treated areas.
- Small bruises (ecchymosis) or haematomas at injection points.
- Temporary scalp sensitivity or mild headache after treatment.
- Local nodules or palpable irregularities, usually resolving spontaneously or with gentle massage and medical follow-up if needed.
- Infection at injection sites if aseptic technique is not strictly observed.
- Allergic or hypersensitivity reactions, including local or more diffuse inflammatory responses; treatment should be stopped and medical management initiated if suspected.
- Very rare risk of more serious complications associated with injection procedures in general, such as vascular compromise; these require prompt recognition and appropriate medical intervention.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a clean, dry place at controlled room temperature according to the range specified on the packaging (commonly between about 2°C and 25°C).
- Do not freeze; protect from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
- Keep the product in its original packaging until immediately before use to maintain sterility and protect from light.
- Do not use if the packaging is damaged, if the solution is discoloured or contains particles, or after the expiry date indicated on the carton and syringe.
- Single-use only – do not resterilise or reuse any syringe or remaining product.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children and unauthorised persons.
Duration
A typical treatment course consists of 4 sessions at 2-week intervals, followed by a consolidation phase of approximately 3 sessions at 1-month intervals. Results usually persist for several months after the full course; maintenance treatments may be recommended periodically, according to the patient\u2019s response and practitioner assessment.
Onset
Some improvement in hair quality and reduction in shedding may be noted within several weeks, with visible hair regrowth and increased density often becoming apparent after 2\u20133 months and continuing to improve over the course of treatment.
