Face and Neck Fat Dissolving Injection

Description

DR.LIPO+ V is a new generation lipolysis (fat-dissolving) injectable solution specifically designed for facial and neck contouring. Each box contains 10 vials of 5 mL sterile solution combining phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and sodium deoxycholate (deoxycholic acid) with L-carnitine, biomimetic peptides, vitamins and amino acids. This multi-active formula targets localised subcutaneous fat deposits in areas such as the double chin, cheeks, lower face and periorbital region, while simultaneously stimulating collagen synthesis and improving skin elasticity. By breaking down adipocytes and promoting gradual elimination of released lipids via the body’s metabolic pathways, DR.LIPO+ V helps refine the V-line, slim and sculpt facial contours and provide a lifting effect with minimally invasive treatment performed by trained professionals.

Bnefits

  • New-generation V-line contouring solution formulated for face and neck sculpting.
  • Direct lipolytic action on adipocytes through combined phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate to dissolve localised fat deposits.
  • Peptide and vitamin complex supports active collagen synthesis, providing lifting and skin-tightening effects in treated areas.
  • Improves facial definition, helping create a slimmer, more contoured V-line in the chin, jawline and lower face.
  • Designed for targeted correction of stubborn fat pads with minimal downtime compared to surgical options.
  • Multi-component formula (PPC, deoxycholate, L-carnitine, peptides, vitamins, amino acids) for synergistic fat reduction and skin rejuvenation.
  • Ready-to-use solution that does not require mixing or dilution before injection.
  • Suitable for professional non-surgical facial contouring protocols when administered by qualified practitioners.

Indications

  • Localised subcutaneous fat deposits in the face and neck area (e.g. double chin, jowls, buccal/cheek fat).
  • Non-surgical V-line facial contouring and slimming of the lower face.
  • Correction of mild to moderate fat accumulations in the periorbital, zygomatic and lower third facial regions as per professional protocols.
  • Patients seeking contour improvement and lifting effect without surgical liposuction.
  • Adjunct treatment for enhancing definition in facial contouring protocols when clinically appropriate.

  • Active base: phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and sodium deoxycholate, with L-carnitine, peptides, vitamins and amino acids.
  • Volume per vial: 5 mL.
  • Intended for injection into subcutaneous fat layers in face and neck (depth generally 3–9 mm according to anatomical fat pad).
  • For professional use only; non-pyrogenic multi-dose box (single-use per vial).

Packaging

  • Box containing 10 sterile glass vials, each with 5 mL of DR.LIPO+ V solution (total 50 mL).
  • Each vial sealed with rubber stopper and aluminium/plastic flip-off cap.
  • Outer carton printed with product name (DR.LIPO+ V), volume (5 mL x 10 vials), batch number and expiry date.
  • Package insert / basic instructions and product information for healthcare professionals.

Usage

  • DR.LIPO+ V must only be administered by licensed medical professionals or trained aestheticians operating within local regulations.
  • Assess patient suitability, medical history and treatment indications; obtain informed consent prior to treatment.
  • Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly; pre-mark injection points to ensure even distribution and avoid overtreatment.
  • Using an appropriate fine-gauge needle (commonly 30G–32G), inject small aliquots of solution (typically 0.1–0.2 mL per point) into the subcutaneous fat layer at a depth generally between 3 mm and 9 mm depending on anatomical fat thickness.
  • Maintain approximately 1 cm spacing between injection points across the treatment area (e.g. submental region, jowls, cheeks, lower face).
  • Do not inject intradermally or intravascularly; aspirate appropriately and adhere to safe injection technique.
  • A typical course may involve multiple sessions (often up to 10 procedures) at intervals of around 14 days, adjusted according to clinical response and protocol.
  • Gently massage the area if recommended by protocol to help distribute the product and reduce local irregularities.
  • After treatment, advise patients to stay well hydrated, avoid intense physical activity, heat exposure (sauna, hot baths) and alcohol for a short period as per clinic guidelines, and to follow any additional aftercare instructions.
  • Dispose of used needles, syringes and vials as clinical sharps waste; do not reuse any remaining solution in an opened vial.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to phosphatidylcholine, sodium deoxycholate, L-carnitine, peptides, vitamins or any excipients in the formulation.
  • Presence of active infection, inflammation, dermatitis or open wounds in the intended treatment area.
  • Severe systemic diseases or conditions that significantly impair wound healing or fat metabolism (e.g. uncontrolled diabetes, severe hepatic or renal impairment) without medical clearance.
  • Known bleeding disorders or current use of anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy where injection-related bleeding or haematoma risk is unacceptable.
  • History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable aesthetic products.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding due to insufficient safety data.
  • Patients under 18 years of age.
  • Autoimmune diseases or immunosuppression, unless the treating physician judges that potential benefits outweigh the risks.
  • Injection into or near major blood vessels, nerves or in areas with compromised circulation or previous severe scarring should be avoided.

Adverse Effects

  • Common, usually transient injection-site reactions such as redness (erythema), swelling, tenderness, warmth, bruising or mild pain.
  • Temporary induration, nodules or slight unevenness in the treated area while fat breakdown and local inflammation resolve.
  • Localized oedema and sensitivity that may persist for several days following treatment.
  • Less common reactions may include prolonged swelling, significant bruising or local inflammatory reactions requiring symptomatic management.
  • Rare but more serious complications associated with injection procedures in general, such as infection, abscess formation, tissue necrosis, unintended fat atrophy or contour irregularities, especially if injected too superficially, too deeply or in inappropriate areas.
  • Hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to one or more components, potentially requiring discontinuation of further injections and appropriate medical treatment.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a cool, dry place at a controlled room temperature as specified on the packaging (commonly around 2–25 °C).
  • Protect from direct sunlight, extreme heat and freezing conditions.
  • Keep vials in their original outer carton until use to maintain stability and traceability.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the vial and carton or if the vial, stopper or seal is damaged.
  • Once a vial is opened and used for a single treatment, discard any remaining solution; do not reuse.
  • Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.

Duration

Treatment is delivered as a series of injection sessions, typically spaced about 2 weeks apart. Many protocols suggest up to approximately 10 sessions depending on the amount of localised fat and desired contouring effect. Visible results often accumulate over several weeks to months, with maintenance or additional sessions considered based on the patient\u2019s response and practitioner assessment.

Onset

Initial changes such as mild reduction in volume and contour improvement may begin to appear within a few weeks after treatment sessions as fat cell lysis occurs and lipids are cleared. More pronounced slimming and lifting effects generally develop progressively over multiple sessions and subsequent weeks as fat reduction and collagen remodelling continue.
