Usage

  • For use only by appropriately trained and qualified healthcare professionals or aesthetic practitioners, in accordance with local regulations.
  • Indicated primarily for volumetric facial contouring and correction of deep wrinkles and folds such as nasolabial folds, marionette lines, pre-jowl sulcus, and for cheeks, chin, jawline and temple augmentation.
  • Recommended injection plane for Flawless Sub-Q is subcutaneous and/or supraperiosteal in the mid-to-deep tissue layers, depending on anatomical area and clinical objective.
  • Before treatment, take a full medical history, discuss indications, contraindications, and potential adverse effects, and obtain informed consent.
  • Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area according to standard clinical protocols; maintain strict aseptic technique throughout the procedure.
  • Attach the supplied 25G 1/2" needle (or other gauge specified in the Instructions for Use) securely to the pre-filled syringe and expel any air before injection.
  • Inject slowly using appropriate techniques (e.g. linear threading, fanning, bolus, or depot injections) suited to the treatment area while aspirating according to professional practice to reduce the risk of intravascular injection.
  • Do not inject into blood vessels or areas with compromised circulation; immediately stop injection and follow emergency protocols if signs of vascular compromise appear.
  • Massage gently if recommended in the manufacturer’s Instructions for Use (IFU) to ensure even distribution, avoiding excessive pressure.
  • Dispose of all used syringes and needles as clinical sharps waste in accordance with local regulations; do not resterilise or reuse.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid or any component of the product
  • Known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or other amide-type local anaesthetics
  • Patients with a history of severe anaphylactic reactions or multiple severe allergies unless carefully evaluated by a specialist
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (use generally not recommended due to lack of safety data)
  • Active skin infection, inflammation, or dermatological disease (e.g. acne, herpes, dermatitis) at or near the intended injection site
  • Bleeding disorders, coagulation abnormalities, or concurrent use of significant anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy that cannot be appropriately managed
  • Autoimmune or connective tissue diseases where dermal filler use is considered high risk unless assessed and approved by a relevant specialist
  • Presence of permanent or non-hyaluronic acid fillers or implants in the intended treatment area where interaction risk is uncertain

Adverse Effects

Storage Conditions

  • Store between 2 °C and 25 °C as indicated for the Flawless dermal filler range.
  • Do not freeze the product; freezing may damage the hyaluronic acid gel structure.
  • Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Keep syringes in their original packaging until use to maintain sterility and protect from physical damage.
  • Do not use if the packaging is damaged, the blister is opened, or the sterility has been compromised.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the carton and syringe label.
  • Store out of the reach and sight of children.
