Description

Intraline M4 Plus is a monophasic, cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler with lidocaine. It is designed for deep-set wrinkles, facial contouring (cheeks, chin, jawline), non-surgical rhinoplasty, and high-definition lip enhancements.

Composition

Formulation

  • Sterile, transparent monophasic gel

Packaging

  • 1 × 1.1 ml prefilled syringe
  • 1 × 25G sterile needle
  • 1 × 27G sterile needle

Usage

  • Attach sterile needle (25G or 27G) under aseptic conditions
  • Inject into deep subcutaneous layer (sub-Q) or deep dermis depending on area
  • Use linear threading or fan technique for even distribution
  • After injection, gentle massage may be applied to smooth the gel

Contraindications

  • Patients under 18 years old
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women
  • Known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine
  • Active skin infection or inflammation at injection site
  • Autoimmune diseases (in some cases — consult physician)

Adverse Effects

  • Temporary redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness at injection site
  • Possible minor lumps or discoloration
  • Rare: nodules, granuloma formation, vascular occlusion (in case of improper injection)

Storage Conditions

  • Store at 2–25°C in a dry, cool place
  • Protect from direct sunlight and freezing
  • Use before expiration date
