Bio-restitutive soft filler

Description

Karisma Rh Collagen FACE is a bio-restitutive injectable soft filler designed to rejuvenate skin by delivering recombinant human type I collagen (Rh Collagen), high–molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (HA) and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). It aims to restore pre-aging skin conditions by stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen, improving skin firmness, elasticity, hydration and texture over time — while providing subtle volumizing/hydrating effects without excessive bulk.

Bnefits

  • Stimulates natural collagen production for firmer, more resilient skin
  • Improves skin elasticity, density and structural integrity
  • Provides deep hydration and improved skin quality via high-molecular-weight HA
  • Helps smooth fine lines, wrinkles, scars and improve skin texture
  • Offers a bio-restitutive alternative to traditional fillers — gradual, natural-looking rejuvenation
  • Lower risk of allergic reaction due to recombinant human collagen (non-animal origin)

Indications

  • Wrinkle reduction (fine lines, folds, mimic wrinkles)
  • Skin rejuvenation / anti-aging (face, neck, décolletage, hands)
  • Loss of skin elasticity, density or firmness
  • Improvement of skin texture or appearance (scars, unevenness)
  • Mild volumizing and contouring where subtle enhancement is desired rather than dramatic volume

Composition

  • Recombinant human collagen (Rh Collagen, type I) – R-polypeptide α1 chain
  • High molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
  • Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC)

Formulation

  • Sterile injectable soft filler / bio-stimulator
  • Pre-filled syringe (2 ml) with gel formulation combining Rh Collagen, HA and CMC
  • Non–crosslinked or lightly crosslinked HA depending on variant (as per manufacturer’s specs)

Packaging

  • 1 × 2 ml pre-filled syringe (FACE) — as per product name

Usage

  • Inject by a qualified medical or aesthetic professional under sterile conditions.
  • Administer injections into appropriate dermal/subcutaneous layers as per protocol, targeting facial areas of concern (e.g. wrinkles, folds, skin laxity).
  • Treatment regime commonly involves 2 sessions spaced ~1 month apart, with optional maintenance thereafter (per manufacturer/clinical guidance).
  • Observe standard injection after-care: avoid excessive pressure, massage at injection sites; monitor for swelling or bruising.
  • Follow all contraindication and aseptic guidelines as per practitioner’s standard operating procedures.

Contraindications

  • Patients with known allergy to any component (though recombinant human collagen is highly biocompatible)
  • Active skin infection or inflammation at injection site
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding — according to standard practice for aesthetic injectables (as per many filler/RH-Collagen providers)

Adverse Effects

  • Temporary redness, swelling or bruising at injection sites — commonly resolve within a few days.
  • As with any injectable, risk of infection or improper technique if hygiene standards are not met — must be administered by trained professional.

Storage Conditions

  • Store according to manufacturer instructions — typically at controlled room temperature (avoid freezing, direct sunlight) until use.

Duration

Onset

Initial improvement in skin hydration and subtle volume may be seen shortly after injection; more pronounced results (improved firmness, texture, elasticity) typically emerge over several weeks as collagen production is stimulated.
