Description
Karisma 2ml is an innovative bio-stimulator and soft-filler designed to reduce wrinkles, lift facial tissues and repair small scars while stimulating the skin to regenerate naturally. Its extremely safe, patented formula combines high molecular weight, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with the R-polypeptide α1 chain of type I recombinant collagen (Rh Collagen) and carboxymethylcellulose, delivering natural improvement of facial contours, volumetry and overall skin quality with visible effects immediately after treatment and progressive bio-rejuvenation over time.

Usage
- For use only by suitably trained medical or aesthetic practitioners under sterile conditions.
- Inject into appropriate superficial to mid-dermal or subdermal planes according to the treatment area and manufacturer protocol.
- Commonly used on the face (including midface, perioral region, jawline), neck, décolleté and hands for bio-rejuvenation and soft lifting.
- Employ linear threading, fan or vector techniques to achieve even distribution and natural contouring.
- Typical protocol involves an initial treatment followed by 1–2 additional sessions spaced approximately 1 month apart, with maintenance sessions as required based on clinical response.
- Follow standard post-procedure advice: avoid excessive heat, massage or pressure on treated areas immediately after injection and monitor for transient swelling or bruising.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, collagen components or any excipients in the formulation
- Active skin infections, inflammation or lesions at or near the intended injection sites
- Autoimmune diseases or collagen disorders where injectable collagen-stimulating products are contraindicated, according to physician judgement
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding, in line with general precautions for aesthetic injectable treatments
Adverse Effects
- Transient erythema, swelling, bruising or tenderness at injection sites
- Possible formation of small lumps or nodules if product is not evenly distributed or if aftercare is not followed
- As with all injectable fillers, rare risks include infection, inflammatory reactions or vascular compromise if incorrectly administered
Storage Conditions
- Store in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, typically at controlled room temperature.
