Description

iALEST 2ml is a sterile, visco-elastic gel for intradermal injection, based on non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and mannitol, intended to deeply hydrate and revitalize skin. It is marketed by Mastelli as a skin-booster rather than a volumizing filler, designed to improve skin turgor, elasticity, smoothness and hydration across face, neck, décolleté, hands and other areas. The product helps reduce fine lines and improve skin texture, tone and overall radiance.

Composition

  • Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) — 40 mg per 2 ml syringe.
  • Mannitol — added to reduce oxidative degradation and prolong hydration effect.
  • Sterile, visco-elastic aqueous gel vehicle suitable for intradermal injection.

Formulation

  • Single-use sterile pre-filled syringe containing 2 ml of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid gel.
  • Visco-elastic transparent solution intended for intradermal injection.

Packaging

  • 1 x 2 ml pre-filled syringe per pack.
  • Includes two 30G ½ needles (where supplied) for injection.
  • CE-marked Class III medical device packaging.

Usage

  • Intended for intradermal injection by a qualified medical professional.
  • Injection techniques may include micropapular, linear-fan or transverse (lattice) method depending on area treated.
  • Typical treatment course: 3–5 sessions spaced about 2 weeks apart; maintenance may be scheduled after 6–8 months.
  • Avoid touching the treated area for 4 hours post injection; avoid alcohol, heavy exercise, sauna, or direct sun exposure for 2 weeks.

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity or allergy to hyaluronic acid, mannitol or any component of the formulation.
  • Active skin infection, inflammation or dermatological condition at injection site (acne flare, eczema, rosacea, lesions). (Standard contraindication for dermal injectables)
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding or immunocompromised status unless cleared by treating physician. (Standard practice for injectable devices)

Adverse Effects

  • Temporary redness, swelling or bruising at injection sites.
  • Mild discomfort or pain during injection.
  • Transient small papules or lumps which typically resolve within 2–4 days.
  • Risk of infection, allergic reaction or delayed hypersensitivity (rare) as with any injectable. (General injectable risk)

Storage Conditions

  • Store at controlled room temperature as indicated by manufacturer instructions.
  • Keep syringe sealed until use; single-use only.
  • Protect from excessive heat, freezing or direct sunlight. (Standard storage for HA injectables)

Duration

Course of 3\u20135 sessions initially; maintenance every 6\u20138 months or per clinician recommendation.
