Bio-remodelling Skin Booster / Mesotherapy
Description
Neofound (5 x 3ml) is an injectable bio-remodelling skin booster from Love Cosmedical designed for professional aesthetic use. Based on mixed molecular weight hyaluronic acid combined with potent antioxidants, amino acids, niacinamide and acetyl hexapeptide-8, it targets global skin reconditioning rather than simple hydration. By acting on keratinocytes, fibroblasts, melanocytes, muscle fibres and preadipocytes, Neofound improves fine to deep wrinkles, hydration, firmness, texture and pigmentation (including melasma and yellowing), delivering brighter, tighter and more uniform skin. Each pack contains 5 sterile 3ml vials for use in protocols of multiple treatment sessions.
Bnefits
- Next-generation bio-remodelling skin booster that goes beyond classic biorevitalisation to deliver true skin reconditioning.
- Mixed molecular weight hyaluronic acid (high and low) provides deep hydration, improved elasticity and a gentle volumising, plumping effect.
- Acetylcysteine, resveratrol and niacinamide help reduce oxidative stress and free radicals, slowing visible signs of skin ageing.
- Niacinamide and resveratrol contribute to more even skin tone, targeting hyperpigmentation, melasma, post-inflammatory marks and overall skin yellowing.
- Amino acids (glycine, proline, arginine) support collagen synthesis, tissue repair and improved skin structure and resilience.
- Acetyl hexapeptide-8 offers a botulinum toxin–like effect on dynamic lines by helping to soften muscle contractions, reducing expression wrinkles.
- Improves skin texture, reduces roughness and elastosis, and enhances overall luminosity (“brighten, whiten, tighten” effect).
- Suitable for a wide age range (approximately 20–60+) and multiple phototypes, from early to more advanced photoageing.
- Can be used on multiple areas including full face, under-eye area, lips, neck, décolleté and hands for global rejuvenation.
- CE-marked medical device for professional aesthetic use, supplied through regulated aesthetic distributors.
Indications
- Bio-remodelling and skin reconditioning in patients with signs of skin ageing such as fine to deep wrinkles, roughness and loss of firmness.
- Improvement of skin hydration, elasticity and overall tone in photoaged or environmentally damaged skin.
- Treatment of hyperpigmentation patterns including melasma, sun/age spots, skin yellowing and uneven complexion (on suitable skin types).
- Softening of fine and medium wrinkles and minor scars (e.g. superficial acne scarring) through stimulation of collagen and tissue renewal.
- Adjunctive treatment in aesthetic protocols to enhance the quality of the skin before or after other procedures, as determined by a qualified practitioner.
- Use on the face, periorbital region, lips, neck, chest/décolleté, hands and other agreed areas following professional assessment.
- Intended exclusively for professional use in aesthetic medicine/dermatology by clinicians trained in injection or mesotherapy techniques.
Composition
- Sodium hyaluronate / hyaluronic acid – combination of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid for deep hydration, tissue integration and gentle volumising.
- Niacinamide (Vitamin B3 / Vit PP) – antioxidant and skin-brightening ingredient that supports barrier function, reduces TEWL, improves firmness and helps fade dyschromias.
- N-acetylcysteine (Acetylcysteine) – powerful antioxidant that reduces oxidative stress and free radical damage while supporting cellular detoxification.
- Resveratrol – polyphenolic antioxidant that stimulates collagen production, improves skin density and provides anti-inflammatory, anti-ageing benefits.
- Amino acids (glycine, proline, arginine) – key structural amino acids involved in collagen and extracellular matrix synthesis; provide hydration, elasticity and nourishment.
- Acetyl hexapeptide-8 – bioactive peptide with botulinum toxin–like activity on neuromuscular junctions, helping reduce facial muscle contractions and dynamic lines.
- Additional excipients – sterile aqueous solution and buffering components suitable for injectable mesotherapy/bio-remodelling use (exact excipient list as per IFU).
Formulation
- Sterile, clear injectable solution for intradermal/mesotherapy use and/or use with microneedling or microinfusion devices, depending on local protocols.
- Bio-stimulating skin booster cocktail combining high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid with antioxidants, amino acids, niacinamide and peptides.
- Presented as 3ml glass vials; pack contains 5 x 3ml (total 15ml).
- Designed for use in skin reconditioning protocols targeting epidermis and superficial/subcutaneous soft tissue.
- Intended for multi-session treatment protocols (typically 2–4 sessions) with maintenance at 6–9 month intervals, adjusted by practitioner.
- Medical device / professional cosmetic for aesthetic intradermal use; not a traditional volumising dermal filler.
Packaging
- Outer branded carton containing 5 sterile glass vials, each with 3ml of Neofound solution.
- Each vial is sealed with a rubber stopper and aluminium/plastic flip-off cap suitable for aseptic withdrawal via syringe.
- Carton and vials labelled with product name, Neofound logo, volume (3ml), batch/lot number, expiry date, manufacturer (Love Cosmedical) and CE marking.
- Pack inserts or supporting literature detail composition, indications, and professional-use guidance.
- Supplied through professional aesthetic distributors in tamper-evident packaging to ensure product integrity and traceability.
Usage
- For professional use only by suitably trained and qualified aesthetic practitioners familiar with intradermal injection and mesotherapy techniques.
- Perform a full medical and aesthetic consultation including history, indication, skin type classification (e.g. Type 1–4), and discussion of expectations, risks and aftercare.
- Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area according to clinic protocol; topical anaesthetic may be used if required and appropriate.
- Withdraw the required amount of Neofound solution aseptically into a sterile syringe (commonly 1–2ml per session depending on area and skin type), using an appropriate fine needle (often 30G) or mesotherapy device, following manufacturer and local clinical guidance.
- Inject superficially into the papillary/reticular dermis using suitable techniques (microbolus, nappage, linear, micro-papules) and/or apply via microneedling/microinfusion protocols, avoiding intravascular injection and respecting anatomical danger zones.
- Typical treatment schedule (may vary by protocol): 2–4 sessions spaced around 2 weeks apart, with maintenance treatments every 6–9 months or occasional single sessions as a ‘top-up’, tailored to skin type (fewer sessions for lighter/less damaged skin, more for higher phototypes or more severe damage).
- Post-treatment, gently massage any micro-papules if recommended, apply soothing or barrier-care products as needed, and advise the patient on sun protection and avoidance of irritants (e.g. heat, saunas, intense exercise, active skincare acids) for a defined period.
- Monitor for expected transient effects (redness, swelling, small papules, mild bruising) and advise patients to contact the clinic promptly if they experience unusual pain, marked swelling, signs of infection or other concerning symptoms.
- Always consult the official instructions for use (IFU) and follow local regulatory and professional guidance for dosage, technique, indications, and contraindications.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any component of Neofound (e.g. hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, acetylcysteine, resveratrol, acetyl hexapeptide-8, amino acids or other excipients).
- Active skin infections, inflammation or disease at the proposed treatment site (e.g. herpes simplex, bacterial or fungal infections, dermatitis).
- History of severe hypertrophic or keloid scarring or abnormal wound healing in the treatment area.
- Autoimmune diseases, severe systemic illness or immunosuppression, unless carefully evaluated and cleared by the treating clinician.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (typically considered a contraindication for elective aesthetic injectable treatments).
- Current use of systemic isotretinoin (e.g. Roaccutane) or recent completion of a course, according to practitioner’s protocol and local guidelines.
- Uncontrolled bleeding disorders, current anticoagulant therapy or conditions that significantly increase bleeding/bruising risk, unless specifically assessed and deemed acceptable by the practitioner.
- History of severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis to injectable products or prior adverse reaction to hyaluronic acid–based skin boosters.
- Any other condition where the treating healthcare professional, in their clinical judgment, deems the procedure unsafe or inappropriate.
Adverse Effects
- Common transient injection-site reactions such as redness (erythema), swelling, tenderness, itching, warmth, and small papules or bumps at the injection points.
- Minor bruising or haematoma formation, particularly in highly vascular facial areas or in patients with fragile capillaries or on antiplatelet/anticoagulant therapies.
- Temporary irregular skin surface or mild oedema in the treated area, usually settling within a few days.
- Less common: local inflammatory reactions, prolonged oedema, or nodules that may require clinical review and supportive management.
- Rare: infection at injection sites if aseptic technique is not strictly followed, potentially requiring medical treatment.
- Very rare: hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. allergic or immune-mediated responses) which may necessitate discontinuation of further treatment and appropriate medical management.
- As with any injectable procedure, inappropriate technique or poor anatomical understanding could theoretically increase the risk of more serious complications; therefore Neofound must only be used by trained professionals.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry place at controlled room temperature according to the manufacturer’s recommendations (commonly around 2–25°C); avoid freezing.
- Keep vials in their original outer carton to protect from light and to maintain product identification and traceability.
- Protect from excessive heat, direct sunlight and moisture.
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the vial and outer packaging.
- Single-use vial: once opened, use immediately for one patient and dispose of any unused product; do not re-sterilise or reuse.
- Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised persons and store in a secure area designated for medical/aesthetic injectables.
Duration
Typically performed as a course of 2–4 treatment sessions spaced about 2 weeks apart, with results generally lasting around 4–6 months. Maintenance cycles are commonly repeated every 6–9 months or as single touch-up sessions according to individual needs and practitioner judgment.
Onset
Many patients notice improved hydration and radiance shortly after the first session, with more visible improvements in texture, fine lines and pigmentation developing progressively over several weeks and after completion of the full treatment course.
