Topical polynucleotide (PDRN) cosmetic booster serum for microneedling

Description

Promoitalia Nucleoskin Topic is a professional cosmetic booster serum formulated as a bio-restructuring solution for face and body. It combines a high concentration of biologically derived PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotides) with cross-linked hyaluronic acid and glutathione. Designed for use with microneedling devices, dermarollers or Hyaluron Pen by trained professionals, it provides a liquid lifting effect, plumping and filling of fine lines and skin depressions, deep hydration and strong antioxidant protection. The cocktail promotes skin bio-regeneration at dermal and deeper levels, improving firmness, elasticity, texture and overall radiance, and is particularly suited to skin exposed to oxidative stress (smokers, pollution, pharmacological treatments).

Bnefits

  • Liquid lifting effect through PDRN-mediated stimulation of skin rejuvenation and tissue toning
  • Plumping and slight filling effect that reduces wrinkles and small skin depressions
  • Powerful antioxidant action from glutathione, helping defend skin against free radicals
  • Deep and long-lasting hydration via hyaluronic acid and polynucleotide water-binding properties
  • Biorestructuring of the deep dermis, supporting collagen production and dermal matrix renewal
  • Improves skin elasticity, firmness and overall texture
  • Helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, periocular wrinkles and small depressed scars
  • Enhances skin radiance and counteracts dull, tired-looking skin due to oxidative stress and environmental damage
  • Indicated as a supportive treatment pre- and post-procedures such as blepharoplasty, lifting and resurfacing laser (when used according to protocol)

Indications

  • Bio-restructuring and rejuvenation of photoaged and chronically aged facial skin
  • Fine lines and superficial wrinkles on face, neck and décolletage
  • Periocular wrinkles and small depressed scars
  • Loss of firmness, elasticity and skin tone
  • Dull, devitalised skin subjected to strong oxidative stress (e.g. smokers, high pollution exposure, certain pharmacological treatments, occupational exposure to oxidising agents)
  • Skin needing deep hydration, plumping and overall quality improvement on face and selected body areas

  • Recommended initial course: 4–6 sessions, usually one session every 20–25 days, adjusting number and frequency based on skin condition and practitioner assessment.
  • After treatment, advise patients to avoid intense sun exposure, heat (sauna, steam), swimming pools and the application of potentially irritating cosmetics on treated areas for the period recommended by the practitioner.
