Dermal biostimulator (non‑crosslinked HA + amino acids)

Description

Sunekos 1200 is an injectable dermal biostimulator combining high‑molecular-weight hyaluronic acid and a patented blend of amino acids (HY6AA). It is intended to regenerate the skin’s extracellular matrix (ECM) by stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin, thereby improving skin volume, elasticity, hydration, and reversing signs of deeper wrinkles or skin laxity.

Bnefits

 • Stimulates collagen and elastin production / dermal biogenesis
 • Provides volumising support and structural dermal regeneration
 • Hydrates skin deeply and improves elasticity
 • Improves skin firmness and reduces deep wrinkles and volume loss
 • Antioxidant protection for fibroblasts and dermal structural elements
 • Supports extracellular matrix regeneration for long‑lasting skin quality improvement

Indications

 • Deep wrinkles and skin folds
 • Skin laxity and volume loss (facial, neck, décolleté, hands, other areas)
 • Structural dermal damage or age‑related dermal changes
 • Areas suffering from volume loss or loss of firmness
 • Use as a foundational booster, often in combination with Sunekos 200 for skin regeneration

Composition

 • Non‑crosslinked high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (approximately 1200 kDa)
 • Amino acids (HY6AA complex): Glycine, L‑Proline, L‑Lysine, L‑Alanine, L‑Valine, L‑Leucine

Formulation

 • Two‑component injectable system: one vial of hyaluronic acid solution, one vial of amino‑acid component (lyophilised)
 • To be reconstituted before injection under sterile conditions by a trained professional

Packaging

 • Box containing 2 vials: 1 vial of HA (1.5 ml) + 1 vial of amino‑acid component (lyophilised powder)
 • Sterile vials supplied for professional use only

Usage

 • Administer only by licensed medical professionals / trained aesthetic practitioners.
 • Mix hyaluronic acid vial and amino‑acid vial under aseptic conditions prior to injection.
 • Inject into middle to deep dermis using fine needle (27–30 G, 12–13 mm) or cannula as per protocol.
 • Use micro‑bolus, interstitial fluid (IFT), or cannula technique depending on patient needs; typical injection volume ~0.1 ml per point, spacing ~1.5 cm apart, massage gently following lymphatic drainage.
 • Often used as first step (HA/AA support) followed by subsequent sessions of skin‑booster (e.g. Sunekos 200) per manufacturer’s combined protocol

Contraindications

 • Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or any component of the formulation
 • Active skin inflammation, infections or skin irritation in the treatment area
 • Acne or herpes in the treatment area
 • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
 • Blood‑clotting disorders or tendency for bleeding
 • Antibiotic therapy (per some distributor advisories)

Adverse Effects

 • Transient redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness at injection site
 • Possible hypersensitivity reactions or allergic response in sensitive individuals
 • Risk of uneven texture or lumps if not properly administered
 • As with all injectables: risk of infection if aseptic protocol not followed

Storage Conditions

 • Store at 2 °C–25 °C
 • Protect from light and frost; do not freeze
 • Use immediately after reconstitution under sterile conditions
 • Keep out of reach of children

Duration

Series of 1 treatment of 1200 followed by subsequent skin‑booster sessions; maintenance every 3–6 months depending on skin condition

Onset

Some volumising/hydration effect may be visible immediately; further structural improvements (firmness, wrinkle reduction) typically emerge over ~10 days and can last several months.
