Thin teal green powder-free nitrile examination gloves (box of 200)
Description
Aurelia Perform Powder Free Teal Green Nitrile Gloves are ultra-thin, premium examination gloves designed to deliver optimal performance with high comfort and tactile sensitivity. Manufactured from 2.5 mil teal green nitrile, they offer increased tensile strength and protection compared with latex and vinyl, while remaining soft, flexible and latex free. The gloves are finger-textured for improved grip, have a beaded cuff for easier donning and reduced tearing, and are non-sterile, ambidextrous and single use. Each Small box contains 200 powder-free nitrile examination gloves, making them efficient and cost-effective for busy medical, dental, laboratory, aesthetic and hygiene settings.
Bnefits
- Ultra-thin 2.5 mil nitrile construction provides excellent tactile sensitivity and dexterity for fine procedures.
- Teal green colour improves visibility, popular in medical and dental environments for easy glove identification.
- Nitrile formulation delivers higher tensile strength and puncture resistance than comparable latex and vinyl gloves.
- Powder-free and latex-free design reduces the risk of powder-related contamination and latex allergy reactions.
- Finger-textured fingertips enhance grip, dexterity and control when handling instruments or working in wet conditions.
- Soft, flexible nitrile material offers superior comfort and reduces hand fatigue during extended wear.
- Beaded cuff improves strength at the cuff edge and aids donning while helping prevent glove roll-down.
- Medical grade quality with AQL 1.5 and conforming to EN 455 standards for single-use medical gloves.
- Food-contact compliant, suitable for short-term contact with dry, fatty, alcoholic and aqueous foods.
- Packaged 200 gloves per box to optimise storage, reduce packaging waste and provide ample supply in clinical and industrial settings.
Indications
- General medical and dental examinations where non-sterile, single-use gloves are required.
- Aesthetic medicine, dermatology, cosmetic and beauty treatments requiring high tactile sensitivity and a professional appearance.
- Laboratory and diagnostic work involving biological materials and certain chemicals within the glove’s tested EN ISO 374 resistance profile.
- Veterinary and animal care procedures where latex-free barrier protection and dexterity are needed.
- Hygiene, infection-control and cleaning tasks in healthcare, community care and social care settings.
- Food handling and preparation where food-contact-approved disposable gloves are required.
- Use by individuals or organisations needing latex-free examination gloves due to latex allergy or sensitisation.

Formulation
- Non-sterile, single-use nitrile examination glove.
- Teal green colour for easy identification in clinical and laboratory settings.
- Ultra-thin 2.5 mil nitrile formulation designed to maximise comfort, flexibility and sensitivity.
- Finger-textured surface to provide enhanced grip and tactile feedback.
- Ambidextrous design to fit either hand, simplifying inventory management.
- Beaded cuff to prevent roll-down and reinforce cuff strength during donning and removal.
- Medical grade, AQL 1.5 for pinhole defects.
- Available sizes: X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large; this SKU (92396) corresponds to Small.
Packaging
- Dispenser box containing 200 teal green powder-free nitrile examination gloves (by count) in size Small.
- Standard outer shipping case configuration: 10 boxes per case (10 x 200 = 2,000 gloves).
- Box printed with product name (Aurelia Perform), size (S/Small), lot number, manufacture and expiry dates, regulatory symbols and instructions for use.
- Outer carton labelled with product description, size range, quantity, manufacturer/distributor details and barcodes for logistics and stock control.
- Automated packing and dispenser design support single-glove withdrawal to minimise wastage and contamination.
Usage
- Before use, check that the outer carton and dispenser box are intact and that the gloves are within the marked expiry date.
- Ensure hands are clean and dry; remove rings or sharp jewellery and trim nails to reduce the risk of tearing the glove.
- Select the appropriate size (Small) to ensure a snug but comfortable fit that does not restrict circulation or movement.
- Remove a glove from the dispenser by the cuff, taking care to touch only the inside surface as far as possible.
- Insert fingers and thumb fully into the glove, then pull the beaded cuff over the wrist and adjust to remove folds or tension points.
- Repeat with the second glove, maintaining aseptic technique where clinically indicated.
- Change gloves between patients, between different tasks on the same patient, and immediately if the glove is torn, punctured, heavily soiled or after contact with incompatible chemicals.
- Avoid using the gloves with chemicals, cytotoxic drugs or solvents outside the glove’s validated EN ISO 374 chemical-resistance profile; consult local COSHH or safety data where necessary.
- To remove, grasp the outside of one glove near the wrist and peel it off inside out, holding it in the gloved hand; slide an ungloved finger under the cuff of the remaining glove and peel it off over the first glove without touching the outer contaminated surface.
- Dispose of used gloves according to local clinical, infectious or general waste protocols; do not wash or reuse disposable nitrile gloves.
- Wash or sanitise hands thoroughly after glove removal, following current hand-hygiene guidelines.
Contraindications
- Known or suspected hypersensitivity or allergy to nitrile or to chemical accelerators used in the glove formulation.
- Use in place of sterile surgical gloves in procedures that require sterile barrier protection; Aurelia Perform gloves are non-sterile examination gloves.
- Use with aggressive chemicals, solvents, cytotoxic drugs or other substances outside the glove’s validated EN ISO 374 chemical-resistance profile and local risk assessments.
- Use in high-heat environments, open flame or with molten materials; nitrile examination gloves are not heat- or flame-resistant PPE.
- Do not use gloves that are brittle, sticky, torn, punctured, discoloured or otherwise show signs of deterioration, or if packaging integrity has been compromised.
Adverse Effects
- Potential for skin irritation, contact dermatitis or allergic reactions in sensitised individuals due to nitrile compounds or residual accelerators.
- Excessive sweating and maceration of the skin when gloves are worn continuously for prolonged periods without breaks.
- Reduced fine tactile sensation if an incorrect size is selected or if multiple gloves are worn on the same hand.
- Increased risk of contamination or exposure if gloves are reused, worn beyond their intended duration, or used with sharp instruments that may puncture the glove.
- If used with chemicals beyond their tested resistance, permeation may occur, resulting in chemical exposure to the skin.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry place in a clean environment away from direct sunlight and strong artificial light.
- Maintain storage temperature below 40°C (104°F) as indicated in the Declaration of Conformity, avoiding extremes of heat, cold or high humidity.
- Keep away from ozone sources and from chemicals, oils, solvents or fumes that may degrade nitrile.
- Store in the original packaging until use to protect gloves from dust, moisture and contamination.
- Rotate stock on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and do not use gloves after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
Duration
Single-use disposable examination gloves intended for one procedure or task only; they must be changed between patients or between discrete tasks, or sooner if damaged or visibly contaminated.
Onset
Barrier protection and enhanced grip are provided immediately once the glove is correctly donned and remains intact.
