Description

Clinisept+ Skin 100ml Spray is a hypochlorous-based antimicrobial skin cleanser designed for use before, during and after cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, as well as at home as part of a post-treatment skincare routine. The ready-to-use aqueous solution gently cleanses and refreshes the skin while providing powerful antimicrobial action, removing up to 99.99% of germs. With a skin-neutral pH and high-purity hypochlorous technology, it maintains optimal hygiene and creates ideal conditions for rapid skin recovery without stinging or irritation. Clinisept+ Skin is hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested, non-toxic, non-irritant and non-cytotoxic, and is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, redness-prone or compromised skin.

Usage

  • Clinisept+ Skin is a ready-to-use aqueous hypochlorous solution and should not be diluted.
  • Apply by spraying directly onto the area to be cleansed or by wetting a cotton pad or gauze and gently wiping over the skin.
  • Ensure the area is thoroughly wetted at each application to achieve effective antimicrobial contact.
  • For post-procedure and daily skincare use, apply up to three times a day to help reduce redness and provide optimum conditions for skin healing.
  • For professional use, Clinisept+ Skin can be used before aesthetic procedures as a skin prep, during procedures to maintain hygiene, and immediately after to cleanse and soothe treated skin.
  • Allow the solution to dry naturally on the skin where possible; do not rinse off.
  • Once dry, usual skincare such as moisturisers and SPF may be applied.
  • For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes; in case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Discontinue use and seek advice from a healthcare professional if irritation or sensitivity occurs.

Contraindications

  • Do not use in individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients (water, phosphoric acid, sodium hypochlorite/hypochlorous acid).
  • For external use only; do not ingest.
  • Avoid deliberate or prolonged contact with eyes; if significant eye irritation occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
  • Use with caution on highly compromised or very young skin and follow professional guidance where appropriate.
  • Do not mix in the same container with other topical antiseptics or chemicals unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Storage Conditions

  • Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep out of direct sunlight and away from extremes of heat or freezing.
  • Keep the bottle tightly closed and the spray mechanism secured when not in use.
  • Use within the period recommended by the manufacturer after opening and before the expiry date printed on the packaging.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.

Duration

Typically applied two to three times daily for several days post procedure or as part of an ongoing daily skincare routine, according to practitioner recommendation.

Onset

Provides rapid antimicrobial action within seconds of adequate wetting, with effective microbial kill achieved after a short contact time (around 15 seconds).
