Clinisept+ Skin Cleanser 490ml is a professional hypochlorous-based antimicrobial skin cleanser supplied in a 490ml pump bottle. It provides powerful antimicrobial cleansing, removing 99.99% of germs while maintaining a skin-neutral pH and exceptional skin compatibility. Designed for use before, during and after cosmetic and aesthetic procedures as well as at home post-treatment, it gently cleanses, soothes and calms the skin without stinging or irritation. The formula is hypoallergenic, alcohol-free, chlorhexidine-free, petroleum-free and free from harsh chemicals, and is non-toxic, non-irritant and non-cytotoxic, making it suitable even for very sensitive or compromised skin. By maintaining optimal hygiene, Clinisept+ Skin creates ideal conditions for rapid skin recovery and provides the optimum environment for healthy skin to flourish.

Usage

  • Clinisept+ Skin is a ready-to-use aqueous hypochlorous solution.
  • Apply by spraying directly onto the area to be cleansed or by wetting a cotton pad or gauze and wiping on gently.
  • Ensure the area is thoroughly wetted at each application to achieve effective antimicrobial contact.
  • For post-procedure home care, apply up to three times a day to reduce redness and provide optimum conditions for skin healing.
  • For professional use, Clinisept+ Skin may be used before aesthetic procedures as a skin prep, during procedures to maintain hygiene, and immediately after to soothe and cleanse treated skin.
  • Allow the solution to dry naturally on the skin where possible; do not rinse off.
  • Can be followed by moisturiser, serum or SPF once the solution has dried.
  • For external use only; avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation or sensitivity occurs.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the listed ingredients (water, phosphoric acid, sodium hypochlorite/hypochlorous acid).
  • For external use only; do not ingest.
  • Avoid deliberate or prolonged contact with eyes; if significant eye irritation occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
  • Use with caution on very young children and follow professional guidance if skin is highly compromised.
  • Do not mix with other topical antiseptics or chemicals in the same container unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Storage Conditions

  • Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep out of direct sunlight and away from extremes of heat or freezing.
  • Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
  • Use within the period recommended by the manufacturer after opening (commonly up to 3 months) and before the expiry date on the packaging.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.

Duration

Typically applied two to three times daily for several days post procedure or as part of an ongoing skincare routine as advised by a practitioner.

Onset

Provides rapid antimicrobial action within seconds of adequate wetting, with effective microbial kill achieved after approximately 15 seconds of wet contact time.
