First aid supplies / Cold therapy ice packs
Description
The Koolpak Compact Instant Ice Pack is a single-use, disposable chemical cold pack designed to provide fast, effective cold therapy for minor injuries and soft tissue trauma. Each compact 13cm x 13cm (approx. 15cm x 15cm in some listings) pack weighs around 120g and is activated by a simple squeeze and shake, producing instant cold without the need for pre-freezing. Ideal for keeping in first aid kits, sports bags or clinic rooms, it helps quickly relieve pain and reduce swelling from sprains, strains, bumps and bruises. The pack typically remains cold for around 20 minutes at room temperature and contains a urea–water solution within a robust outer pouch.
