- Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, towel-drying, sweating or extended time in the sun.
- Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Use protective clothing (hat, T-shirt, sunglasses) in addition to sunscreen.
- Avoid intense midday sun, typically between 11 am and 3 pm.
- Allow sunscreen to absorb fully before dressing to minimise the risk of staining textiles.
- When breastfeeding, avoid applying the product directly to the breast/nipple or feeding/suckling area.
