Unifine SafeControl Safety Needles 4mm 32G are single-use, sterile safety pen needles designed to provide both effective dose delivery and enhanced protection from needlestick injuries. The active safety mechanism uses an innovative manual push tab for one-handed activation, while a dual safety indicator offers visual and audible confirmation that the safety guard is locked in place. The needle remains visible during injection, allowing clinicians to use the same technique as conventional pen needles, and a green cap protects sterility prior to use. These 4mm, 32G safety pen needles are compatible with major injection pens and are supplied in a box of 100 for use in routine subcutaneous drug administration such as insulin therapy.

Usage

Attach the Unifine SafeControl 4mm 32G safety pen needle securely to a compatible injection pen according to the pen manufacturer’s instructions.
Remove the green protective cap to expose the needle while maintaining aseptic technique.
Perform the subcutaneous injection using the same technique as with conventional pen needles, in line with local clinical guidelines.
After the dose has been delivered and the needle withdrawn from the skin, activate the safety mechanism by pressing the manual push tab until the dual safety indicator provides visual and audible confirmation that the guard is locked.
Detach the safety pen needle from the pen and dispose of the entire device immediately in an approved sharps container. Do not reuse or re-sterilise.
