Universal pre-treatment / pre-peel kit

Description

4EVER Universal Pre-treatment Kit is a professional, universal skin pre-conditioning system developed by CMed Aesthetics S.r.l. (manufacturers of BioRePeelCl₃) to optimally prepare the epidermis before dermatological, medical aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. Specifically designed to be associated with the BioRePeelCl₃ protocol but also suitable prior to any aesthetic or dermatologic treatment (including energy-based devices), the kit combines mechanical exfoliation, cleansing, chemical pre-peeling and antioxidant action. The 50 ml kit format contains three products: a microdermal abrasion cleansing lipogel rich in nourishing oils, a carbon salicylic peel-off mask, and an antioxidant neutralising activator spray with stabilised vitamin C and plant extracts. Together they degrease, exfoliate and detoxify the skin while providing antioxidant support, improving treatment receptivity and helping to optimise clinical outcomes. The product is clearly noted as not suitable for those with nut allergies due to the presence of nut-derived oils.

Bnefits

  • Provides optimal epidermal preparation before dermatological, medical aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, including BioRePeelCl₃ and device-based treatments.
  • Performs four complementary actions in one protocol: mechanical exfoliation, cleansing/degreasing, chemical pre-peeling and antioxidant action.
  • Micro-dermabrasion lipogel with spherical micronized silica allows effective yet controlled mechanical exfoliation to smooth the skin surface.
  • Cleansing and sebum-clearing effect via natural surfactants derived from fatty acids (e.g. from coconut oil), helping to degrease and purify the skin.
  • Carbon salicylic peel-off mask delivers chemical exfoliation through salicylic acid and detoxifying, sebum-absorbing vegetable charcoal, helping to unclog pores and refine texture.
  • Antioxidant neutralising activator spray provides stabilised vitamin C (sodium ascorbyl phosphate), white mulberry extract, ruscus root and phytic acid for antioxidant, brightening and anti-photoageing support.
  • Improves skin receptivity and helps optimise the efficacy and uniformity of subsequent aesthetic or dermatological treatments while aiming to minimise the risk of unwanted side effects.
  • Versatile universal pre-treatment suitable for a wide range of skin types and procedures when used by trained professionals, available in both 50 ml and 200 ml formats.

Indications

  • Pre-treatment of the skin before BioRePeelCl₃ protocols (face and body) to enhance peel efficacy and uniformity.
  • Preparation of the epidermis before other medical aesthetic and cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels, microneedling, mesotherapy, injectables (according to local protocols), and regenerative treatments.
  • Pre-conditioning before energy-based or electro-medical treatments and photostimulation (e.g. lasers, radiofrequency, IPL) where an optimally cleansed and exfoliated epidermis is desirable.
  • Use as a professional-grade pre-peel and degreasing system for thick, oily, acne-prone or congested skin to improve penetration and results of subsequent treatments.
  • General epidermal preparation prior to aesthetic dermatology procedures where mechanical and chemical exfoliation plus antioxidant protection are indicated, under professional supervision.

Composition

  • Microdermal Abrasion Cleansing Lipogel (Phase 1):
  • - Spherical micronized silica (approx. 6 μm particles) for deep and effective micro-dermabrasion.
  • - Sacha inchi oil (biological oil, rich in omega 3-6-9, vitamin A and tocopherols) to regulate skin permeability, support hydration and act as a reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenger.
  • - Almond oil (pharmaceutical grade, emollient and moisturising; rich in omega 3-9 and vitamins E, B1, B2) to support skin barrier function, microcirculation and anti-ageing benefits.
  • - Sunflower oil (rich in omega 3-9, vitamins A, D, E, B6 and minerals such as copper, manganese, zinc) providing nourishment, moisturisation and protection from ROS.
  • - Natural surfactants derived from fatty acids extracted from coconut oil to support cleansing and sebum-clearing action.
  • Carbon Salicylic Peel-off Mask (Phase 2):
  • - Salicylic acid (beta hydroxy acid) for keratolytic chemical exfoliation; breaks down corneocyte cohesion, stimulates epidermal regeneration and offers bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory action.
  • - Vegetable charcoal for purifying and detoxifying action, absorption of pollutants and skin impurities, excess sebum removal and reduction in the appearance of blackheads.
  • Antioxidant Neutralising Activator:
  • - Sodium ascorbyl phosphate (stabilised vitamin C derivative) that enzymatically releases active ascorbic acid for potent antioxidant effects.
  • - White mulberry extract containing vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E), minerals (magnesium, copper, selenium) and carotenoids to help protect membranes from photo-ageing and reduce elastosis.
  • - Ruscus root extract with soothing and illuminating properties; supports circulation, detoxification and tissue oxygenation.
  • - Phytic acid to reduce melanin synthesis via tyrosinase inhibition and to promote corneocyte exfoliation by acting on corneocyte adhesion.

Formulation

  • Two-step / three-product universal pre-treatment kit designed for professional external use on the skin.
  • Phase 1 – Microdermal Abrasion Cleansing Lipogel (50 ml in the 50 ml kit format) providing mechanical exfoliation and cleansing in a lipophilic, oil-rich base.
  • Phase 2 – Carbon Salicylic Peel-off Mask (50 ml) providing chemical pre-peeling with salicylic acid and detoxifying vegetable charcoal.
  • Antioxidant Neutralising Activator (50 ml) spray to be nebulised over lipogel and mask, emulsifying Phase 1 for easier removal and transforming Phase 2 into a peel-off film while delivering antioxidant and brightening actives.
  • Cosmetic / cosmeceutical topical products intended exclusively for professional in-clinic application on intact skin.

Packaging

  • Universal pre-treatment kit in 50 ml format typically containing:
  • - 1 x Lipogel 50 ml (Microdermal Abrasion Cleansing Lipogel).
  • - 1 x Peel-off Mask 50 ml (Carbon Salicylic Mask).
  • - 1 x Activator 50 ml (Antioxidant Neutralising Activator).
  • Supplied in a branded kit box with professional-use labelling and instructions (available in multiple languages depending on market).
  • Also available in a 200 ml per bottle (clinic size) kit; the context product here refers specifically to the 50 ml format suitable for retail / smaller-volume professional use.

Usage

  • For professional external use only by trained aesthetic or dermatology practitioners following the manufacturer’s protocol.
  • Pre-treatment protocol is generally performed immediately before BioRePeelCl₃ or other aesthetic/dermatologic procedures on cleansed, make-up free skin.
  • Phase 1 – Micro-dermabrasion and cleansing:
  • - Apply an appropriate amount of the Microdermal Abrasion Cleansing Lipogel to the treatment area.
  • - Massage gently but thoroughly with circular movements to achieve mechanical pre-peeling and sebum-clearing effect, avoiding eyes and mucous membranes.
  • - Nebulise or spray the Antioxidant Neutralising Activator over the lipogel at the end of the massage; this creates an emulsion that facilitates cleansing of the epidermis and removal of the product.
  • - Remove the emulsified product with a moistened swab, cotton pad or gauze.
  • Phase 2 – Chemical pre-peeling and antioxidant action:
  • - Apply a thin, even layer of the Carbon Salicylic Mask to the treated area, again avoiding the eyes and mucous membranes.
  • - Leave the mask on for about 5 minutes (or according to the official protocol and patient skin tolerance) to allow chemical exfoliation and charcoal detoxifying action.
  • - Nebulise or spray the Activator over the mask; this converts the soft mask into a peel-off film.
  • - Once a firm peel-off layer has formed, remove it gently from the skin.
  • Post-preparation:
  • - Proceed with the planned aesthetic or dermatologic treatment (e.g., BioRePeelCl₃ application, device-based procedure) according to the relevant protocol.
  • - Monitor skin response throughout; adjust contact times and pressure based on skin type and sensitivity.
  • - Use appropriate post-procedure care (e.g., BioReHydra/BioReLift or other recommended products) as per protocol and clinical judgement.
  • Avoid use on compromised or infected skin and ensure strict adherence to hygiene, contraindications and local regulatory guidelines.

Contraindications

  • Known nut allergy or hypersensitivity (explicitly not suitable / contra-indicated for those with nut allergies, due to the presence of almond oil and sacha inchi oil).
  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to salicylic acid, aspirin or other ingredients in any component of the kit.
  • Inflamed, broken, infected, eczematous or otherwise compromised skin in the proposed treatment area, unless a medical professional determines use is appropriate.
  • Severe rosacea, very reactive or ultra-sensitive skin where chemical and mechanical exfoliation may not be tolerated.
  • Use in patients with a history of severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or keloid scarring should be carefully evaluated and, if used, done with caution and modified protocols.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding: although this is a cosmetic product, use should be based on practitioner risk–benefit assessment and local guidelines, particularly due to salicylic acid and active botanical components.
  • Use in combination with other strong topical exfoliants or irritants (e.g., high-strength retinoids, strong acids) on the same day may increase irritation and should be managed carefully.

Adverse Effects

  • Temporary erythema (redness), warmth and mild burning or tingling sensations in the treated area due to mechanical and chemical exfoliation.
  • Dryness, flaking or mild desquamation in the days following pre-treatment, especially in sensitive or thinner skin areas.
  • Exacerbation of sensitivity or irritation if used too frequently, with excessive pressure during massage, or with prolonged mask contact times beyond protocol.
  • Allergic or irritant contact dermatitis reactions to oils, salicylic acid, botanicals or other components in predisposed individuals (e.g., nut allergy, fragrance or plant-extract sensitivity).
  • In rare cases, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or, conversely, hypopigmentation if used inappropriately, especially on darker phototypes or when combined with aggressive subsequent procedures.
  • If unexpected severe burning, swelling, blistering or pain occurs, the product should be removed immediately, and appropriate medical evaluation undertaken.

Storage Conditions

  • Store the kit components in a cool, dry place at controlled room temperature (typically around 15–25 °C), away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Keep containers tightly closed when not in use to maintain product stability and prevent contamination.
  • Do not freeze and avoid exposing the products to extreme temperatures or significant temperature fluctuations during storage and transport.
  • Store out of reach of children and non-professional users; intended for professional use only.
  • Use within the period after opening (PAO) and before the expiry date indicated on each container and outer packaging.

Duration

Single-session pre-treatment performed immediately before dermatological, medical aesthetic or cosmetic procedures; not intended as a standalone long-term treatment course. Contact times per phase are typically a few minutes (approximately 5 minutes for the mask) as per official protocol and practitioner judgement.

Onset

Immediate mechanical and chemical effects during and shortly after application, with skin appearing smoother, more even, degreased and better prepared for subsequent procedures at the end of the protocol.
