Usage
- For external use only.
- Before first use, check that the tube seal is not broken; pierce the tube seal with the point in the top of the cap if present.
- Adults, the elderly and children: apply the cream gently to the bruised area.
- Use on unbroken skin only; do not apply to cut, broken or irritated skin.
- Apply as needed, up to several times daily, following the on-pack or leaflet instructions.
- Wash hands after use, unless the hands are the area being treated.
- If symptoms worsen, persist or do not improve within 7 days, or if any unusual symptoms occur, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to Arnica montana or to any of the excipients (including parabens such as methyl and propyl parahydroxybenzoate)
- Application to broken, damaged or irritated skin
- Use on mucous membranes, near the eyes, mouth or other sensitive areas
- Use in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity reactions to topical herbal arnica preparations
- Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended without medical advice, according to typical herbal product cautions
Adverse Effects
