Usage

  • For external use only.
  • Before first use, check that the tube seal is not broken; pierce the tube seal with the point in the top of the cap if present.
  • Adults, the elderly and children: apply the cream gently to the bruised area.
  • Use on unbroken skin only; do not apply to cut, broken or irritated skin.
  • Apply as needed, up to several times daily, following the on-pack or leaflet instructions.
  • Wash hands after use, unless the hands are the area being treated.
  • If symptoms worsen, persist or do not improve within 7 days, or if any unusual symptoms occur, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to Arnica montana or to any of the excipients (including parabens such as methyl and propyl parahydroxybenzoate)
  • Application to broken, damaged or irritated skin
  • Use on mucous membranes, near the eyes, mouth or other sensitive areas
  • Use in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity reactions to topical herbal arnica preparations
  • Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended without medical advice, according to typical herbal product cautions

Adverse Effects

  • Occasional skin reactions such as rash, redness, itching or irritation may occur, particularly in individuals sensitive to arnica or parabens
  • If a rash or other skin reaction occurs, use should be discontinued and medical advice sought if necessary

Storage Conditions

  • Store below or around 25°C (room temperature) as indicated on packaging.

  • Ensure the cap is tightly closed when not in use.
