Description

Avène Réflexe Solaire SPF 50+ is a very high protection sunscreen in a pocket-size 30ml format designed for the sensitive skin of the whole family (babies, children and adults). It provides broad-spectrum protection against UVA, UVB and high-energy visible blue light (HEVL) using the TriAsorB™ filter system and an exclusive association of photoprotective filters with antioxidant protection (pro-vitamin E / tocopheryl glucoside). The fluid, lightweight, quickly absorbed texture leaves a dry, imperceptible, non-greasy finish with no white marks and is highly water-resistant. Formulated with Avène Thermal Spring Water for soothing and anti-irritant benefits, it offers very high tolerance and is suitable for sensitive skin of the face and body, especially in intense sun conditions.

Usage

  • Apply generously to face and/or body before sun exposure; use sufficient quantity to ensure full protection.
  • For an adult face and neck, apply at least a full finger-length amount; increase quantity proportionally for larger areas.
  • Reapply frequently to maintain protection, particularly after sweating, swimming, towel-drying or prolonged exposure.
  • Suitable for babies, children and adults; follow local paediatric recommendations regarding sun exposure in infants.
  • Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen; overexposure is dangerous.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to Avène Thermal Spring Water or any of the listed ingredients.
  • Do not apply to broken, oozing or infected skin without medical advice.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; not intended for ingestion.
  • For babies and young children, avoid direct intense sun exposure; use protective clothing and shade in addition to sunscreen.

Adverse Effects

Storage Conditions

Duration

Use whenever skin is exposed to the sun; apply 15\u201320 minutes before exposure and reapply every 2 hours or after swimming, sweating or towelling. Intended for ongoing use throughout periods of sun exposure (daily in sunny climates or during outdoor activities).
