NEOSTRATA Brightening Eye Cream is a dark circle corrector formulated to reduce the appearance of under-eye dark circles and brighten and firm the look of tired eyes. This ultra-lightweight eye cream blends a 5% PHA/Bionic Acid complex (3% Gluconolactone and 2% Lactobionic Acid), a 1% Algae Polysaccharide Complex, a 2% dual-acid peptide blend and antioxidant Vitamins C and E to target the skin’s natural hydrating matrix, restoring a look of firmness and moisture for a smoother, brighter under-eye appearance. Usage
