Non-injectable mesotherapy/skinbooster solution for acne-prone skin

Description

Dermica Acne Care Solution (10x2ml), also known as THE LINE ACNE CARE DERMICA SOLUTION / EX ACNEZON, is a professional, non-injectable cosmetic solution in ampoules developed to combat all forms of acne, both non-inflammatory (comedonal) and inflammatory. The formula combines keratolytic, sebo-regulating, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and regenerating active ingredients, including salicylic acid, calendula, witch hazel, zinc and a complex of amino acids, vitamins and hyaluronic acid. It regulates and reduces blackheads and excess sebum, removes dead skin cells and acne-causing bacteria, and helps normalise skin problems while restoring tone and appearance. In addition, it stimulates fibroblast activity, promoting new collagen and elastin synthesis to repair blemishes and scarring caused by acne. It is intended for professional use in topical mesotherapy-style treatments, often combined with microneedling, electroporation or similar non-injectable delivery techniques.

Bnefits

  • Developed to combat all forms of acne, both non-inflammatory and inflammatory.
  • Regulates and reduces blackheads and comedones.

  • Provides keratolytic action to remove dead skin cells and prevent follicular plugging.
  • Helps reduce acne-causing bacteria on the skin surface.
  • Delivers an enhanced anti-inflammatory effect, improving redness and inflammatory lesions.
  • Improves the appearance of acne marks and scars by stimulating fibroblast formation and dermal regeneration.
  • Supports new collagen and elastin production, improving skin texture and resilience.
  • Hydrates and plumps the skin through sodium hyaluronate and humectants.
  • Soothes and calms irritated skin with botanical extracts such as calendula and witch hazel.

    • 2. Open one 2 ml ampoule of Dermica Acne Care Solution immediately before use.
    • 3. Apply the solution evenly over the acne-prone area (face and/or body) using gloved fingers, brush, cotton applicator or sterile gauze.
    • 4. The solution can be used in combination with microneedling devices (e.g. dermapen, Goldpen), meso-rollers, electroporation or ultrasound for non-injectable transdermal delivery, following the device manufacturer’s parameters (appropriate needle depth, speed and technique).
    • 5. When using with microneedling: select appropriate needle depth and speed for each area; move the device gently without excessive pressure and do not reuse needle cartridges.
    • 6. Allow the product to remain on the skin to be absorbed; depending on protocol, excess may be gently massaged in or removed after a defined contact time.
    • 7. Complete the procedure with suitable post-treatment products (e.g. soothing cream, non-comedogenic moisturiser, high SPF sunscreen) according to professional judgment.
    • 8. Treatments are usually performed as a course of sessions (for example once every 1–2 weeks), with the number of sessions tailored to acne severity and skin response.
    • 9. Instruct the patient to follow post-care advice: avoid picking lesions, reduce exposure to sun/UV, use non-comedogenic skincare, and apply sunscreen during the day.
    • 10. Single-use only: discard any remaining solution in the ampoule after the session; do not store or reuse opened ampoules.

    Contraindications

    • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any ingredient in the formula (e.g. salicylic acid, alcohol, calendula, witch hazel, retinyl palmitate).
    • Active skin infections (bacterial, viral or fungal) in the treatment area, such as herpes simplex or impetigo.
    • Open wounds, active bleeding, or extensively compromised skin barrier in the proposed treatment area.
    • Severe inflammatory or nodulocystic acne requiring systemic medical treatment (should be managed by a dermatologist).
    • Concomitant use of strong topical or systemic retinoids may increase irritation; professional evaluation and protocol adjustment are required.
    • Salicylate sensitivity or known contraindication to salicylic acid (e.g. certain aspirin-allergic individuals).
    • Relative contraindication in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to the presence of salicylic acid and retinyl palmitate; use only if specifically deemed appropriate by a qualified healthcare professional.
    • Use with caution on very sensitive, rosacea-prone or severely dehydrated skin, as it may increase irritation or dryness.
    • Not for injection or intradermal use; external use only.

    Adverse Effects

    • Transient erythema (redness), warmth or stinging at the application site, especially when used with microneedling or other device-assisted procedures.
    • Temporary dryness, flaking or scaling due to keratolytic and sebo-regulating action.
    • Mild irritation or burning sensation, particularly in sensitive skin or when used too frequently.
    • Potential for allergic or irritant contact dermatitis (redness, itching, swelling, rash) in individuals sensitive to one or more components; treatment should be discontinued and medical advice sought in such cases.
    • Inappropriate or overly aggressive use with devices or on contraindicated skin may worsen inflammation or cause post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or scarring.

    Storage Conditions

    • Store in a cool, dry place at controlled room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
    • Keep ampoules in their original carton to protect from light and mechanical damage.
    • Do not use if ampoules are cracked, leaking or show signs of contamination.
    • Once an ampoule is opened, use immediately and discard any unused portion; do not reseal or store opened ampoules.
    • Keep out of the reach of children.
    • Follow any additional storage instructions provided on the packaging or technical data sheet.

    Duration

Typically used as a course of professional treatments for acne-prone skin, with repeated sessions over several weeks. A full protocol commonly comprises multiple applications (e.g. 4\u20138 sessions spaced 1\u20132 weeks apart), with maintenance sessions as needed, depending on acne severity, skin response and practitioner judgement.

    Onset

Improvement in skin texture, reduction of surface oiliness and pores appearing less congested can often be observed after the first few sessions. More significant reductions in inflammatory lesions, comedones and post-acne marks, as well as visible improvement in overall tone and scarring, generally develop progressively over several weeks of regular treatment.
