Non-injectable hair mesotherapy solution ampoules

Description

Dermica Hair Care Solution (10x2ml), also marketed as The Line Hair Care Solution or HairZon, is a professional non-injectable mesotherapy solution designed to combat hair loss and improve scalp health. Formulated with a synergistic blend of CEGABA (carboxyethyl aminobutyric acid), caffeine, copper tripeptide-1, biotin, panthenol, ginkgo biloba extract, sodium hyaluronate and amino acids, it stimulates the creation of new hair follicles, enhances microcirculation, slows and helps reverse hair loss, and strengthens hair in all stages of its life cycle. The solution helps reduce sebum and dandruff, provides essential nutrients for permanent hair production, and revitalises the scalp so hair grows thicker, stronger and more resistant.

Bnefits

  • Stimulates the creation of new hair follicles and supports the growth of new hair.
  • Helps stop and reverse hair loss in various types of alopecia by prolonging the hair growth (anagen) phase.
  • Enhances blood circulation in the scalp, improving delivery of oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles.
  • Strengthens hair follicles, making them more resistant and reducing breakage and thinning.
  • Improves hair volume, density and overall vitality.
  • Reduces excess sebum secretion and helps diminish dandruff on the scalp.
  • Provides the correct quantity of key nutrients required for sustained hair production.
  • Improves scalp structure and health, contributing to shinier, softer and better-conditioned hair.
  • Antioxidant and anti-ageing properties of actives such as caffeine, ginkgo and copper peptides help fight premature follicular ageing.
  • Non-injectable cosmetic solution formulated for professional mesotherapy-style protocols (e.g. with Goldpen or similar microneedling devices).

Indications

  • Diffuse hair loss and thinning hair in men and women.
  • Various forms of alopecia including androgenic alopecia and alopecia areata (as part of a professional protocol).

  • Scalp with excess sebum, dandruff or impaired microcirculation.
  • Patients seeking non-surgical, non-injectable cosmetic treatments to strengthen hair and reduce shedding.

    Usage

    • Professional use only; not for self-treatment by patients.
    • 1. Assess the patient’s scalp and hair condition and rule out contraindications before treatment.
    • 2. Cleanse the scalp thoroughly and apply a suitable disinfectant solution to the treatment area, according to clinic protocol.
    • 3. The patient should be seated comfortably; part the hair to expose the scalp in the target zones.
    • 4. Open 1–2 ampoules (2–4 ml total) of Dermica Hair Care Solution immediately before use.
    • 5. Option A – Microneedling/Goldpen protocol (non-injectable):
    • a. Load the contents of the ampoules into a sterile syringe (without injecting) or dispense drops directly onto the scalp along the hair partings.
    • b. Set the microneedling device (e.g. Goldpen) to an appropriate depth, typically in the range of about 0.5–1.0 mm depending on scalp thickness and tolerance.
    • c. Apply a few drops of solution along each parted line and pass the microneedling device gently over the area to enhance transdermal penetration, avoiding excessive pressure.
    • d. Continue section by section until all targeted scalp areas have been treated.
    • 6. Option B – Manual topical application (when no device is used):
    • a. Apply the solution directly to the scalp in the areas of concern using gloved fingers, a brush or sterile applicator.
    • b. Massage gently to distribute the product and stimulate local microcirculation, leaving it on for prolonged contact.
    • 7. After treatment, do not rinse the scalp immediately; allow the solution to remain for several hours or as per clinic protocol.
    • 8. Advise the patient to avoid washing the hair or using aggressive hair products for at least 12–24 hours post-treatment.
    • 9. Recommended course (example based on distributor protocols): one session per week for at least 5 weeks, followed by 3 additional sessions every two weeks; maintenance sessions can then be scheduled according to clinical response.
    • 10. Discard any remaining solution after each session; do not reuse opened ampoules.

    Contraindications

    • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients (e.g. CEGABA, caffeine, parabens, ginkgo, soy-derived components).
    • Active scalp infections (bacterial, viral or fungal), severe dermatitis or psoriasis in the treatment area.
    • Open wounds, ulcers or significant scalp injury in the treatment area.
    • Severe uncontrolled systemic disease where mesotherapy-style cosmetic procedures are not advisable.

    • Relative caution in patients with bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy when combined with microneedling devices.
    • Not for injection into the skin or scalp; external use only in accordance with non-injectable cosmetic classification.

    Adverse Effects

    • Transient erythema (redness), mild oedema and scalp sensitivity immediately after treatment, especially when used with microneedling devices.
    • Temporary itching, tingling or burning sensation on the scalp following application.
    • Mild desquamation, dryness or flaking of the scalp in some individuals, particularly at the start of a course.
    • Rarely, irritant or allergic contact dermatitis (persistent redness, itching, swelling, rash); in such cases, treatment should be discontinued and medical advice sought.
    • Inappropriate or overly aggressive use of microneedling or other devices may increase the risk of bruising, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or scarring of the scalp.

    Storage Conditions

    • Store in a cool, dry place at controlled room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
    • Keep ampoules in their original outer carton to protect them from light and mechanical damage.
    • Do not use ampoules that are cracked, leaking or otherwise compromised.
    • Once an ampoule is opened, use immediately and discard any remaining solution; do not reseal or store opened ampoules.
    • Keep out of the reach of children.

    Duration

Typically performed as a course of 8 or more professional sessions (for example 5 weekly sessions followed by 3 sessions every two weeks), with maintenance treatments thereafter every 1\u20133 months depending on the degree of hair loss, response to treatment and practitioner judgement.

    Onset

Some patients may notice reduced shedding and an improvement in scalp comfort and hair texture within a few weeks. More visible effects on hair density, thickness and new growth usually appear progressively over several sessions and months of continuous treatment, in line with hair growth cycles.
