Description
Eucerin Anti-Pigment Dual Serum (Serum Duo) is a 30 ml facial serum formulated to visibly reduce dark spots and hyperpigmentation and help prevent their reappearance while improving overall skin radiance. It features a dual-chamber, airless pump that dispenses two complementary formulas at once: one containing Thiamidol, Eucerin’s patented depigmenting active that targets melanin overproduction at the source, and the other containing concentrated Hyaluronic Acid and additional moisturizing and antioxidant ingredients. Clinically and dermatologically tested, the lightweight, fast-absorbing, non-greasy serum is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. With regular use, first visible results on dark spots are typically seen from two weeks, with continuous improvement over time, leaving the complexion smoother, more even-toned and radiant.

Usage
- Use on well-cleansed, dry skin of the face, and if desired, the neck and décolleté.
- Apply once a day, either in the morning or in the evening, unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
- Press down in the centre of the pump top to ensure an equal amount of both serums is dispensed from the dual chambers.
- For first use, it may be necessary to press the pump several times until both phases are released.
- Apply the combined serum evenly over areas of concern and/or the entire face, avoiding the immediate eye area.
- Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed.
- Follow with an appropriate moisturizer; in the daytime, apply a high-protection broad-spectrum sunscreen (e.g. Eucerin Anti-Pigment Day SPF 30 or another SPF as recommended) as the final step.
- Use consistently every day for optimum results; visible improvement is typically seen from two weeks with further benefits over continued use.
- Do not exceed a total of four applications per day of Thiamidol-containing products across the entire routine, in line with Eucerin guidance.
- If irritation occurs, reduce frequency or discontinue use and seek advice from a healthcare professional or dermatologist.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the listed ingredients (including Thiamidol, fragrance components, or preservatives).
- Do not apply to broken, irritated or diseased skin (e.g. open wounds, active dermatitis, severe sunburn) unless advised by a healthcare professional.
- Caution in very reactive or highly sensitised skin; patch testing on a small area is advisable before first use.
- Not intended for ingestion or for application to mucous membranes; avoid contact with eyes and eyelids.
- Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding should be discussed with a healthcare professional if there are any concerns, as with any active cosmetic targeting pigmentation.
Adverse Effects
- Mild transient reactions at the application site such as redness, dryness, tightness, burning, tingling or itching may occur, especially when first introducing the product.
- Irritant or allergic contact dermatitis to one or more formula components (e.g. fragrance, preservatives, Octocrylene or Thiamidol), presenting as persistent redness, itching or rash.
- In rare cases, increased sensitivity in combination with other actives or procedures (e.g. peels, retinoids); regimen adjustment may be required.
- If any marked irritation, swelling, blistering, or other unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional or dermatologist.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
- Keep the container tightly closed when not in use and store in the original outer packaging to protect the contents.
- Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures (very hot or freezing conditions).
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Use only before the expiry date indicated on the packaging and within the recommended period after opening (PAO) indicated by the open-jar symbol (commonly 12 months).

Duration
Intended for continuous, long-term cosmetic use as part of a daily skincare routine. First visible results on dark spots are typically reported from around 2 weeks of regular once-daily use, with further improvement over at least 8\u201312 weeks and maintenance as long as the product is used. Because hyperpigmentation can recur with ongoing UV exposure and hormonal triggers, continued use and diligent photoprotection are recommended for sustained benefits.
