Usage

  • Use on clean, dry skin of the face and neck (and décolleté if desired).
  • Apply morning and/or evening. Many protocols recommend using it after Excellage Serum for enhanced results, but it can also be used alone as a daily moisturiser.
  • Take a small amount of cream, warm it slightly between the fingertips, then apply by gently pressing onto the cheeks, forehead, chin and neck.
  • Smooth the cream over the face and neck with upward and outward motions until fully absorbed, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.
  • For best results on mature, dry or weakened skin, use consistently every day as part of a comprehensive routine including appropriate cleansing, serum and sun protection.
  • If signs of irritation or discomfort appear, reduce frequency of use or discontinue and consult a skincare professional.

Contraindications

  • Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients (e.g. camellia oil, niacinamide, centella asiatica extracts, soy or wheat-derived proteins, fragrance, or preservatives such as phenoxyethanol).
  • Use on broken, irritated, eczematous or infected skin should be avoided unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional.
  • Caution is advised for very reactive or sensitised skin; a patch test on a small area (e.g. behind the ear or along the jawline) is recommended before first use.
  • Avoid direct contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • As with many active cosmetic products, individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding and have concerns about specific ingredients should consult their healthcare provider.

Adverse Effects

  • Possible mild, transient sensations of warmth, tingling or tightness upon application, particularly in sensitive or compromised skin.
  • Potential for local irritation, redness, dryness or stinging in individuals intolerant or allergic to one or more components.
  • Rare risk of allergic contact dermatitis (e.g. persistent redness, itching, swelling); if such reactions occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

Storage Conditions

  • Store at room temperature, ideally between about 15 °C and 25 °C.
  • Keep the jar tightly closed when not in use to preserve the integrity and stability of the formula.
  • Protect from excessive heat, direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Use within the period after opening (PAO) indicated on the packaging and do not use after the expiry date.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Duration

Intended for continuous, long-term daily use as part of an anti-ageing skincare routine. Visible improvements in radiance, comfort and skin texture are typically noticed within several weeks, while redensifying and firming benefits develop progressively over months of regular use.

Onset
