Heliocare 360 Airgel SPF50+ is a highly innovative, ultra-light foaming mousse sunscreen that provides advanced, full-spectrum protection against UVA, UVB, visible light and infrared-A (IR-A). Formulated with an advanced filter system, BioShield technology and Fernblock FC (an enhanced Polypodium leucotomos extract), it offers high SPF50+ and PA++++ photoprotection while delivering powerful antioxidant and DNA-repair support to help prevent and repair sun damage and premature skin ageing. The oil-free, air-mousse texture dispenses as a soft foam that melts into the skin with a light, non-greasy feel and matte finish. Enriched with antibacterial and antimicrobial technology, it is especially recommended for sensitive and acne-prone skin and can be used on the face, neck, décolleté, hands and other larger surface areas.

Usage

  • Shake well before use as directed on the packaging.
  • Dispense a small amount of foam into the hand; the mousse expands, so start with a modest amount and add more if needed.
  • Apply generously and evenly to clean, dry skin on the face, neck, hands and/or body 20 minutes before sun exposure.
  • Spread the foam carefully to ensure an even film, avoiding gaps or missed areas; do not apply directly onto the face from the canister.
  • Use an adequate amount to achieve the stated SPF50+ protection; under-application will significantly reduce the level of protection.
  • Reapply every 2 hours during periods of high or direct sun exposure, and always after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
  • For daily use, apply as the last step in your morning skincare routine and before makeup (if used).
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Do not spray or apply near open flame or sources of ignition due to the presence of flammable propellants in the canister.
  • Use year-round, even on cloudy days, and combine with other sun-safe behaviours such as protective clothing, hats, sunglasses and shade.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients listed.
  • Do not apply to broken, irritated or actively infected skin unless directed by a healthcare professional.
  • Not to be used near eyes, mucous membranes or inhaled from the container; avoid intentional inhalation of aerosolised product.
  • Use with caution in individuals with a known history of photoallergic or contact dermatitis to chemical sunscreens, fragrances or propellant components.

Adverse Effects

  • Possible mild, transient stinging, burning or irritation, particularly on very sensitive or compromised skin.
  • Rare risk of allergic or irritant contact dermatitis to UV filters, preservatives, fragrance components or other ingredients.
  • If product accidentally enters the eyes, it may cause temporary stinging, watering or discomfort; rinse thoroughly with water.
  • As with any sunscreen, inadequate cleansing in very acne-prone individuals may contribute to comedones or breakouts, although the formulation is non-comedogenic.
  • Inappropriate use of the pressurised can (e.g., spraying directly on the face, inhalation or use near flame) may increase risk of irritation or respiratory discomfort.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • As a pressurised container, do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C and do not pierce or burn even after use.
  • Keep the canister tightly closed or capped when not in use.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not freeze and do not store in or near open flames or other sources of ignition.
  • Use before the expiry date printed on the packaging; discard if the product changes in appearance, odour or performance.

Duration

Intended for continuous, long-term daily use as part of a photoprotection regimen, with repeated applications throughout each day of sun exposure.
