Professional superficial multi-acid radiance peel
Description

Enriched with a powerful blend of mandelic, citric and lactic acids at a low pH of 2.8, it targets uneven tone, early signs of ageing and dryness with flaking, while restoring radiance and providing deep hydration. Designed for use on the face, neck and decolletage, this superficial peel offers a harmonious correction of skin colour and texture and is intended exclusively for use by trained aesthetic practitioners as part of the Hyalual Peels professional line.

- Professional packaging labelled within the Hyalual Peels line
- Intended for clinic use by trained practitioners only
Usage
- For professional use only: apply exclusively by trained aesthetic practitioners or healthcare professionals experienced with chemical peels.
- Perform preliminary skin preparation: cleanse the skin thoroughly, then degrease with an alcohol-based product to ensure uniform penetration of the acids.
- Protect sensitive areas (such as corners of the nose, lips and eye contours) according to clinic protocol before application.
- Using a fan makeup brush or similar applicator, apply a thin, even layer of the gel to the treatment areas (face, neck, decolletage), carefully avoiding the delicate eye area and mucous membranes.
- Allow the peel to act for an exposure time of approximately 1–4 minutes, depending on the client’s skin type, condition and tolerance, while monitoring the response.
- At the end of the exposure time, wash off the product thoroughly with water until completely removed; no separate pre-neutralisation step is required.
- The depth of chemoexfoliation is superficial; do not exceed recommended exposure times.
- Recommended treatment course: 1–6 procedures spaced at least 7–14 days apart, with up to 2 courses per year according to clinical judgement and patient needs.
- After treatment, apply soothing and hydrating skincare as per clinic protocol and instruct the patient to use broad-spectrum sun protection and gentle skincare at home.
- Advise patients to avoid strong sun exposure, heat (saunas, hot baths) and aggressive topical products (retinoids, scrubs) for several days post-peel.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to mandelic, citric, lactic acid or any other component of the peel
- Active skin infections, open wounds or inflammatory skin conditions (e.g. active eczema, dermatitis, severe rosacea) on the treatment area
- Recent sunburn or significant recent UV exposure on the area to be treated
- History of abnormal scarring or keloid formation in the planned treatment zone without careful professional evaluation
- Use of systemic isotretinoin or other potent retinoids within a contraindicated timeframe according to local guidelines
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless the practitioner decides otherwise based on current safety recommendations (commonly avoided due to limited data)
- Very sensitive or reactive skin where low-pH multi-acid peels are not tolerated
- Any other medical or dermatological condition in which chemical peeling is considered inappropriate by the treating practitioner
Adverse Effects
- Expected transient sensations during application, such as stinging, burning or tingling
- Temporary erythema, warmth or mild oedema immediately after treatment
- Peeling or flaking of the skin for several days following the procedure as part of the exfoliation process
- Temporary increase in skin sensitivity and dryness, which should be managed with appropriate emollients and sun protection
- Risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, especially in darker skin types or when sun protection is inadequate
- Rare risk of prolonged irritation, excessive redness or superficial erosions if exposure time is excessive or instructions are not followed
- Very rare risk of infection or scarring if aftercare is poor or if the peel is used inappropriately
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use to protect the formulation and prevent contamination
- Do not freeze
- Keep out of reach of children and non-professional users
- Use before the expiry date indicated on the packaging and follow any period-after-opening guidance if provided
Duration
Results typically last up to six weeks, with maintained radiance, smoother texture and improved hydration over this period, depending on individual skin characteristics and aftercare.
Onset
Visible radiance and correction of dullness can often be observed shortly after the first treatment, with further refinement of tone and texture developing over the following days.
