The ultra-regenerative formula combines exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) with HylaFuse hyaluronic acid technology at 35 mg/ml and Calphasomes dual delivery systems.     Usage

    • For professional in-clinic use only by trained and authorised practitioners familiar with Dermapen 4 microneedling protocols.
    • Use MG-EXO-SKIN as the dedicated meso-glide medium during Dermapen 4 treatments, applying to cleansed skin in accordance with the manufacturer’s protocol.
    • Dispense an appropriate amount of serum from the 5 ml vial onto the treatment area or into a sterile dish, replenishing as needed to maintain optimal glide.
    • Perform microneedling according to the selected protocol (needle depth, passes and pattern) while ensuring a continuous layer of MG-EXO-SKIN remains on the skin surface.
    • Follow with post-procedure care recommended by Dp Dermaceuticals (e.g. Hyla Active, cooling masks, SPF) and the clinic’s own aftercare guidelines.
    • Do not use for injection; MG-EXO-SKIN is strictly a topical meso-glide serum used in combination with microneedling.
    • Discard any unused product from an opened vial at the end of the treatment session in accordance with local clinic and infection-control policies.

    Contraindications

    • Use is contraindicated on compromised or infected skin where microneedling itself is contraindicated (e.g. active infection, open wounds, uncontrolled inflammatory dermatoses) according to professional judgement.
    • Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any component of the formula (e.g. hyaluronic acid, Aloe Vera, Vitamin C derivatives, Zinc PCA, Panthenol) or to exosome-based products.
    • Use should follow the same general contraindications and cautions that apply to Dermapen 4 microneedling, as defined in official training/IFU (e.g. certain systemic conditions, anticoagulant therapy, active skin cancers in the area, etc.).
