Description

Proto-col Moisturising Facial Gel is an ultra-light, oil-free collagen and hyaluronic acid moisturiser designed to increase skin hydration, support the skin’s natural moisture barrier and protect against environmental stressors. Enriched with plant-derived collagen, hyaluronic acid, royal jelly and vitamins A, C and E, it helps to plump, smooth and brighten the complexion while maintaining soft, supple and hydrated skin. Clinically tested to deliver a 44.2% increase in skin hydration two hours after application, with hydration benefits lasting for up to 24 hours. Non-comedogenic and suitable for most skin types.

Usage

  • Use morning and/or evening on cleansed, dry skin.
  • Apply a small amount of gel to the face, neck and décolletage.
  • Gently massage into the skin using upward motions until fully absorbed.
  • Can be used alone as a moisturiser or layered under other skincare for additional hydration.
  • Because the formula contains Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day.
  • For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
  • Discontinue use and rinse with water if irritation occurs.

Contraindications

  • Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the listed ingredients (including royal jelly or bee-derived ingredients).
  • Do not apply to broken, irritated or compromised skin.
  • Caution advised for individuals with very sensitive skin, fragrance sensitivity or known reactions to propylene glycol or Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate).
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals should seek medical advice before using products containing Vitamin A derivatives.

Adverse Effects

  • Transient redness, tingling or irritation, particularly in sensitive skin types.
  • Possible dryness or mild peeling associated with Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) in some users.
  • Allergic reaction such as itching, rash or swelling in individuals sensitive to royal jelly, fragrance or other ingredients.
