Description
Purasomes HSC50+ Hair & Scalp Complex is an advanced exosome-powered hair rescue formula created to restore hair follicle function and normal hair growth synchrony. Targeting thin and damaged hair, it combines 20 billion exosomes, 20 functional growth factors, dual-weight hyaluronic acid, vitamins and peptides within AMPLEX Plus technology to reset the strength of the dermal papilla, reduce hair loss and regenerate hair follicles. Usage
- For professional use only; treatment must be carried out by trained medical or aesthetic practitioners experienced in microneedling and scalp therapies.
- Assess the patient’s hair and scalp, medical history and suitability for exosome-based treatments and microneedling.
- Cleanse the scalp thoroughly to remove sebum, styling products and debris; disinfect according to clinic protocol.
- Using a suitable microneedling device (stamp or pen) at an appropriate needle depth for the scalp, create micro-channels across the treatment area.
- Apply Purasomes HSC50+ Hair & Scalp Complex evenly to the scalp, working it into the micro-channels during or immediately after microneedling to enhance penetration.
- Gently massage any remaining solution into the scalp until absorbed, avoiding excessive pressure or scratching.
- Frequency of standalone HSC50+ sessions should be tailored to individual patient requirements; commonly, treatments are spaced several weeks apart.

- Follow manufacturer and device-specific IFUs at all times, maintaining strict aseptic technique and correct sharps disposal.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any component of the formulation (including hyaluronic acid, peptides, vitamins or plant-derived secretomes).
- Active scalp infections (bacterial, fungal or viral), pustular or inflammatory dermatoses in the treatment area.
- Open wounds, unhealed abrasions or significant scalp barrier disruption where microneedling is contraindicated.
- History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring, particularly if microneedling is considered high risk by the clinician.
- Severe uncontrolled systemic disease, immunosuppression or active malignancy affecting the scalp, where regenerative treatments are contraindicated.
