Description
Purasomes NC150+ Skin Nutri Complex is an advanced, exosome-powered regenerative treatment designed for tired, aged and photo-damaged skin. Using patented AMPLEX Plus technology, it combines 20 billion bovine colostrum-derived exosomes, 20 functional growth factors, dual molecular weight hyaluronic acid, polynucleotides (including PDRN), amino acids, vitamins, coenzymes and reducing agents to reprogram skin cells and amplify cellular performance. Usage
- For professional use only; treatment must be carried out by trained medical or aesthetic practitioners experienced in microneedling and regenerative therapies.
- Assess the patient’s skin type, degree of ageing/photoageing and medical history to confirm suitability for exosome-based microneedling treatments.
- Cleanse the treatment area thoroughly and disinfect according to clinic protocol; ensure skin is free of makeup, oils and debris.
- Using a suitable microneedling device (pen or stamp) set to an appropriate needle depth for the face or body region, create uniform micro-channels over the treatment area.
- Apply Purasomes NC150+ Skin Nutri Complex evenly to the skin during or immediately after microneedling, working the solution into the micro-channels to enhance penetration.
- Gently massage any residual product into the skin until absorbed, avoiding excessive pressure or trauma.

Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any component of the formulation (e.g. hyaluronic acid, amino acids, vitamins, coenzymes, bovine-derived exosomes or PDRN/polynucleotides).
- Active skin infections (bacterial, viral or fungal), open wounds or unhealed lesions in the proposed treatment area.
- Inflammatory skin disorders or flares (e.g. active eczema, psoriasis, severe rosacea) in the target area where microneedling is contraindicated.
- History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring where microneedling and regenerative stimulation are considered high risk by the treating physician.
- Use of systemic isotretinoin within a time frame contraindicated for microneedling or resurfacing procedures, according to current guidelines.
