Exosome-based skin glow and depigmenting complex for microneedling
Description
Purasomes SGC100+ Skin Glow Complex is an advanced exosome-powered treatment designed to reset melanin production and rebuild a flawless, luminous complexion. Targeting dull, damaged and hyperpigmented skin, it combines 20 billion organic colostrum-derived exosomes, 20 functional growth factors, dual molecular weight hyaluronic acid, plant-derived seed stem cells, antioxidants and peptides within the AMPLEX Plus technology platform. Clinically proven to significantly reduce melanophilin production, SGC100+ decreases the formation of pigmentation, reduces age spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, refines pores, improves overall skin tone and revitalises the skin for radiance and vitality. By promoting cell turnover, angiogenesis and skin healing while decreasing inflammation and free radicals, it creates a long-lasting protective antioxidant barrier against sun-induced damage and helps restore a brighter, more even and radiant complexion. The complex is delivered to the dermis via microneedling in a series of professional in-clinic treatments.
Bnefits
- Resets melanin production pathways by significantly reducing melanophilin, decreasing pigment formation and helping prevent new hyperpigmentation.
- Reduces the appearance of scars and skin lesions while fading age spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- Improves overall skin tone, rebuilding a more harmonised, even and flawless complexion.
- Revitalises dull, damaged skin for increased radiance, vitality, brightness and luminosity.
- Minimises pores and refines skin texture for a smoother, clearer surface.
- 20 billion exosomes and 20 growth factors promote cell turnover, support angiogenesis, facilitate skin healing and reduce inflammation, a key driver of skin ageing.
- Dual molecular weight hyaluronic acid hydrates the skin at multiple levels, helping to maintain a healthy moisture balance and barrier function.
- Plant-derived seed stem cells, antioxidants and peptides provide strong antioxidant protection, reducing free radicals and creating a long-lasting protective barrier against sun radiation.
- Acts as an excellent skin primer for energy-based treatments and supports post-procedure recovery; can be combined with polynucleotides to fully optimise results.
Indications
- Dull, lacklustre skin in need of brightening and revitalisation.
- Hyperpigmented skin, including age spots and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- Uneven skin tone and poor skin clarity.
- Mild scars and skin lesions where improved texture and tone are desired (at the clinician’s discretion).
- Enlarged pores and rough or irregular skin texture.
- Patients seeking non-surgical, regenerative brightening treatments delivered via microneedling.
- Use as a priming and recovery-supportive treatment around energy-based procedures such as lasers and radiofrequency, and in combination with polynucleotides.

- Plant-derived seed stem cells (including pomegranate-derived stem cell actives as described by the manufacturer).
- Antioxidants providing protection against free radicals and oxidative stress.
- Peptides supporting skin regeneration, structure and barrier function.
- Proprietary AMPLEX Plus technology vehicle and excipients suitable for professional dermal application.
Formulation
- Sterile, ready-to-use exosome and growth-factor rich solution for topical delivery via microneedling.
- Multi-patented AMPLEX Plus technology combining exosomes, growth factors, plant stem cells, dual-weight hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and peptides.
- Non-crosslinked, low-viscosity fluid intended for percutaneous delivery into the dermis using microneedling (not for direct needle injection).
Packaging
- Typically supplied as 3 x 5 ml vials of Purasomes SGC100+ Skin Glow Complex in a professional clinic pack (pack size may vary by distributor).
- Each glass vial contains a single-use or session-appropriate volume of solution for microneedling over the indicated treatment area.
- Outer carton and vial labels include product name, batch number and expiry date for professional traceability.
Usage
- For professional use only; treatment must be performed by trained medical or aesthetic practitioners experienced in microneedling and regenerative protocols.
- Assess the patient’s skin, pigmentation pattern, medical history and suitability for exosome-based microneedling treatments.
- Cleanse the treatment area thoroughly to remove makeup, oil and impurities; disinfect according to clinic protocol.
- Using a suitable microneedling device (pen or stamp), select an appropriate needle depth for the treatment area and patient skin type, and create uniform micro-channels over the target zones.
- Apply Purasomes SGC100+ Skin Glow Complex evenly to the skin during or immediately after microneedling, working the solution into the micro-channels to enhance penetration.
- Gently massage any residual product into the skin until absorbed, avoiding excessive friction or trauma.
- A typical protocol consists of a series of three to five treatments performed approximately every four weeks, adjusted based on clinical response and the severity of pigmentation or dullness.
- Instruct patients to avoid sun exposure during the healing phase and to apply broad-spectrum sunscreen regularly; advise them to avoid tanning beds and unnecessary UV exposure between sessions.
- Recommend a gentle skincare routine post-procedure, avoiding strong acids, retinoids or other potentially irritating actives for several days after treatment.
- Use Purasomes SGC100+ as a standalone microneedling treatment, as a primer prior to energy-based procedures, as a recovery aid afterwards, or in combination protocols with polynucleotides for enhanced results, following manufacturer and clinic guidelines.
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any component of the formulation (e.g. hyaluronic acid, plant-derived stem cell components, peptides, antioxidant agents or other excipients).
- Active skin infections (bacterial, viral or fungal), open wounds, ulcerations or unhealed lesions in the proposed treatment area.
- Inflammatory skin diseases or acute flares (e.g. active eczema, psoriasis, severe dermatitis or rosacea) in the treatment zone where microneedling is contraindicated.
- History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring in areas to be treated, where microneedling and regenerative stimulation are considered high risk by the treating clinician.
- Recent use of systemic isotretinoin within a timeframe that contraindicates microneedling or resurfacing procedures according to current guidelines.
