Description

Teoxane Post Procedure is a professional, nourishing aftercare fluid designed to soothe, hydrate and restore skin following aesthetic procedures. This lightweight lotion helps to calm irritation, reduce redness and discomfort, protect delicate skin, and support regeneration during the crucial post-treatment period. Formulated with a complex of soothing, hydrating and protective ingredients, including hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), Pseudoalteromonas ferment extract, licorice root extract, allantoin, arnica, Aloe vera and a lipopeptide, it helps strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier and prevent bacterial proliferation after procedures such as anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling and other minimally invasive aesthetic treatments. Suitable for sensitive and delicate skin, including the face and eye contour, and supplied in a 200 ml professional pump bottle format.

Usage

  • Use on cleansed, dry skin after completion of the aesthetic procedure, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
  • Apply a generous amount of fluid to the treated areas (face, neck, décolleté, and/or eye contour) immediately after the procedure.
  • Gently spread without excessive rubbing over irritated or sensitised areas.
  • Reapply several times a day in the days following the procedure, or whenever the skin feels tight, dry or uncomfortable.
  • Continue use for a few days to 1–2 weeks post-treatment, or according to practitioner advice, until the skin barrier feels fully recovered.
  • For optimal results, may be combined with other Teoxane dermocosmetics (e.g. Deep Repair Balm) as part of a full post-procedure regimen.
  • For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Do not apply to areas with known allergy to any ingredient. Discontinue use and consult a professional if persistent irritation or adverse reactions occur.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any component of the formulation (e.g. salicylic acid, chlorhexidine, arnica, licorice extract or any listed excipient).
  • Use with caution in individuals with a history of contact dermatitis to similar skincare ingredients or preservatives.
  • Not intended for application on heavily infected, actively oozing or severely compromised skin unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional.
  • If severe irritation, swelling, or signs of allergic reaction occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

Adverse Effects

  • Transient stinging, burning or warmth at the application site, particularly on very sensitised or recently treated skin.
  • Mild redness or irritation in sensitive individuals.
  • Rarely, allergic or hypersensitivity reactions such as contact dermatitis, increased redness, itching or swelling due to one or more ingredients (e.g. preservatives, salicylic acid, arnica or chlorhexidine).
  • If adverse effects persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Storage Conditions

  • Store at room temperature, typically between 15–25°C.
  • Keep away from excessive heat, cold and direct sunlight.
  • Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use to maintain product integrity.
  • Use within the period after opening (PAO) indicated on the packaging and do not use after the expiry date stated on the product.

Duration

Typically used immediately after an aesthetic procedure and continued for several days up to approximately 1\u20132 weeks or as recommended by the treating practitioner, until redness and discomfort have subsided and the skin barrier is restored.

Onset

Provides an immediate soothing and comforting effect on application, with visible improvement in redness and discomfort usually within hours to a few days post-procedure when used as directed.
