Usage

  • Before application, exfoliate the skin and ensure it is clean, dry and free from moisturiser, deodorant, perfume or oil-based products in the areas to be tanned.
  • Apply a small amount of mousse to a Bellamianta luxury velvet tanning mitt or similar tanning mitt.
  • Using circular motions, work the mousse into the skin starting from the ankles upwards, blending carefully over knees, elbows and ankles to avoid build-up.
  • For face, hands and feet, apply sparingly and blend well; a buffing brush can be used for very even, natural-looking coverage.
  • Allow the mousse to dry and avoid contact with water, excessive sweating or tight clothing during the initial development period.
  • Customise the shade by adjusting development time: approximately 2 hours for a light tan, 3 hours for a medium tan, and 6 hours or more (or overnight) for a darker result.
  • After the chosen development time has elapsed, rinse off the guide colour with lukewarm water; avoid using harsh soaps immediately after the first rinse.
  • Pat skin dry rather than rubbing with a towel and maintain the tan by moisturising regularly and avoiding abrasive exfoliants between applications.
  • Reapply as needed once the tan begins to fade, ensuring appropriate exfoliation and skin preparation before each new application.

Contraindications

  • Known allergy or sensitivity to DHA, bergamot essential oil, vitamin E, shea butter, aloe vera, fruit extracts or any other ingredient in the product.
  • Broken, irritated, inflamed or sunburned skin in the intended application area.
  • History of significant contact dermatitis or severe reactions to self-tanning products unless a patch test has been performed and found negative.

Storage Conditions
