Usage

  • Before application, exfoliate the skin thoroughly (ideally using a Bellamianta exfoliating glove or suitable scrub) and ensure skin is clean, dry and free from moisturiser, deodorant, perfume or oils in the areas to be tanned.
  • Apply a small amount of Bellamianta Medium Lotion to a tanning mitt for best results.
  • Using circular motions, work the lotion into the skin starting from the ankles upwards, blending carefully over knees, elbows, ankles and wrists where skin is drier.
  • For the face, hands and feet, apply sparingly and blend well, using any remaining product on the mitt rather than applying a full pump directly.
  • Allow the lotion to dry; the ultra-smart hydration system is designed so that the tan dries in approximately 60 seconds while still hydrating the skin.
  • Avoid water, tight clothing and heavy sweating during the initial development period.
  • Allow the tan to develop for around 2–4 hours for a medium glow, or longer/overnight for a deeper result, depending on brand guidance and personal preference.
  • After the development time, shower with lukewarm water to remove any guide colour, avoiding harsh soaps on the first rinse.
