Description
Countourel Max 18G W / 100mm is a CE-marked, absorbable PDO lifting thread with multidirectional cogs, designed for substantial lift, anchoring, and tissue elevation in thick skin and heavy tissue on face and body. Supplied in a box of 16 sterile threads preloaded on 18G, 100 mm W-shaped cannulae, it is intended for non-surgical face- and body-contouring procedures by trained medical professionals.

Usage
- For use only by qualified and trained aesthetic physicians or dermatologists experienced in PDO-thread lifting techniques.
- Prepare and disinfect the treatment area; apply local anesthesia if required.
- Insert the 18G W-shaped cannula with the preloaded cog thread under the skin at the planned insertion lines, anchoring in deeper subcutaneous tissue.
- Apply mechanical tension to reposition and lift tissue; once correct placement is achieved, withdraw cannula leaving the thread in place.
- Post-procedure care: avoid strenuous physical activity, facial/body massages, heavy pressure on treated area for recommended period; follow practitioner’s aftercare instructions.
Contraindications
- Active infection, inflammation or skin disease at or near the planned insertion sites.
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity to PDO (polydioxanone) or any component of the thread/cannula.
