Nano delivery derma roller with 64 titanium + 24K gold plated microneedles
Description
Dermaqual DQ GOLD ROLLER is a 24K gold derma roller / nano delivery roller system designed for professional and at-home microneedling therapies. The handheld device features 64 titanium microneedles plated with 24K gold and an integrated sterile glass vial (approx. 10 ml). By tapping the roller onto the skin, the ultra-fine needles create microscopic channels that allow mesotherapy serums and cosmetic solutions to penetrate deeply into the epidermis, reportedly increasing absorption up to about 98%. It is indicated for facial and hair/scalp therapies and can be used to support treatments for skin rejuvenation and tightening, pigmentation, acne and acne scarring, post-traumatic or burn scarring, stretch marks, alopecia, PRP (platelet rich plasma) protocols, hyperhidrosis, and general meso-solution delivery.
Bnefits
- Easy-to-use handheld microneedling device suitable for professional clinic use and carefully performed home use.
- 64 titanium microneedles plated with hypoallergenic 24K gold help reduce risk of sensitivity and ensure smooth penetration.
- Nano delivery roller system creates controlled micro-channels in the epidermis to significantly enhance serum and meso-solution absorption (up to ~98% as marketed).
- Very effective delivery of cosmetic serums, mesotherapy cocktails and PRP to targeted skin or scalp areas.
- Supports treatments for skin rejuvenation, tightening, pigmentation issues, acne and acne scarring, stretch marks, and alopecia.
- Rapid treatments with visible, cumulative effects when used as part of a structured protocol.
- Sterile glass vial integrated into the head for direct dispensing of solutions during tapping.
- Sterilized packaging and single-user use reduce cross-contamination risk.
- Made in France, from medical-grade titanium needles with 24K gold plating.
- Can be used on both facial skin and scalp, making it versatile for anti-aging and hair-restorative protocols.
Indications
- Skin rejuvenation and tightening on the face and body.

- Stretch marks (striae) on body areas such as abdomen, thighs and hips.
- Alopecia and hair thinning when combined with appropriate hair-growth serums or PRP on the scalp.
- Hyperhidrosis protocols where indicated by a practitioner using appropriate solutions.
- General meso-solution delivery, helping mesotherapy cocktails, skin boosters, and serums penetrate more effectively.

Composition
- 64 microneedles made of medical-grade titanium.
- 24K gold plating on each microneedle (hypoallergenic).
- Sterile clear glass vial (approximate capacity 10 ml / 0.33 fl. oz.).
- Handheld plastic/metal body designed to hold the vial and microneedle head.
- Sterile single-unit packaging (1 device per box).
Formulation
- Mechanical microneedling / nano-delivery device (no intrinsic active pharmaceutical ingredient).
- Needle length typically around 0.50 mm (superficial to mid-epidermal penetration).
- Designed to be used in combination with liquid serums, mesotherapy solutions or PRP with viscosity similar to light oils/serums.
Packaging
- Supplied as a single sterile DQ GOLD ROLLER device per box.
- Each unit includes 64 titanium + 24K gold plated microneedles and an integrated sterile glass vial.
- Sterilized packaging to maintain device cleanliness prior to first use.
- Retail/wholesale packaging labeled as Dermaqual – 24K GOLD Derma Roller / DQ GOLD ROLLER.
Usage
- Use for one individual only; do not share the device with other people.
- Wash and cleanse the treatment area (face or scalp) thoroughly prior to use.
- Sterilize the unit before and after each use according to manufacturer or clinic protocol (e.g., appropriate disinfectant or sterilizing solution).
- Fill or partially fill the glass vial with a suitable, sterile serum or mesotherapy solution; do not use thick serums — viscosity should be similar to olive oil or lighter.
- Do not overtighten the cap or vial when assembling the device to avoid damage or leakage.
- Use just a few drops of serum per treatment; overfilling is unnecessary.
- Prime the device by tapping the roller on the back of your (clean) hand a few times until serum flows evenly through the needles.
- During treatment, do not drag the device across the skin; instead, tap vertically and gently over the area to create micro-channels and deliver the solution.
- Work systematically over the treatment area (face, neck, or scalp) ensuring even coverage without excessive pressure.
- After treatment, do not wash the treated area for several hours to allow active ingredients to absorb fully.
- Disinfect the device again after use and store it in a clean, dry place.
- Do not use on broken, infected, or highly irritated skin; consult a professional prior to first use, particularly for at-home treatments.
Contraindications
- Active skin infections, open wounds, or lesions (e.g., herpes, impetigo, inflamed acne) at the treatment site.
- Severe inflammatory skin conditions such as active eczema, psoriasis, or severe rosacea in the area to be treated.
- Known tendency to form keloids or hypertrophic scars in the proposed treatment area.
- Blood clotting disorders or current use of strong anticoagulant therapy where microneedling may increase bleeding risk (requires physician approval).
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity to metals such as titanium or gold (though the microneedles are marketed as hypoallergenic).
- Compromised immune system or conditions that significantly impair wound healing unless under medical supervision.
- Recent strong chemical peels, ablative laser, or other procedures that compromise the skin barrier; wait until skin is fully healed.
- Use on suspicious pigmented lesions, moles, or growths that have not been medically assessed.
- Use without proper hygiene or disinfection (risk of infection).
Adverse Effects
- Transient redness, mild swelling, or sensitivity at the treated site immediately after use.
- Pinpoint bleeding or small petechiae, especially with more vigorous tapping or sensitive skin.
- Temporary dryness, tightness, or flaking as skin renews.
- Bruising in delicate areas or if excessive pressure is applied.
- Risk of infection if the device is not properly sterilized before and after use or if used on compromised skin.
- Potential post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation, particularly in darker skin types or when overused.
- Rare allergic reaction or contact dermatitis in individuals sensitive to metals or to the serums used with the device.
Storage Conditions
- Store the device in a clean, dry place away from dust and contaminants.
- Keep in its original sterile or protective packaging when not in use, especially before first use.
- Avoid exposure to excessive heat, direct sunlight, or moisture that could degrade materials or sterility.
- Ensure the glass vial is empty and the device is dry after cleaning before storing.
- Keep out of reach of children and untrained individuals.
Duration
A typical session over a facial or scalp area generally takes a few minutes, depending on surface area and technique. Courses commonly involve repeated sessions (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly for several weeks) combined with appropriate serums or mesotherapy cocktails as advised by an aesthetic professional.
Onset
Skin may appear more plumped, hydrated, and radiant within days due to enhanced serum absorption. Improvements in texture, tone, acne scarring, pigmentation, or hair density generally develop progressively over multiple sessions across several weeks to months.
