At-home facial microneedling roller and hygiene spray

Description

Dermaroller Set HC902 & Roller Cleaner 30ml is an at-home microneedling kit combining the Original Home Care Dermaroller HC902 (0.2 mm microneedling roller) with a 30 ml alcohol-free Roller Cleaner spray. The ultra-fine medical-grade needles gently stimulate the epidermis, promote microcirculation, and mechanically remove old skin cells, deposits and blockages in the upper skin layer, helping to refine the complexion, reduce the appearance of enlarged pores and blemishes, and reveal smoother, fresher and more radiant skin. The included Roller Cleaner is specifically formulated to hygienically clean the Dermaroller head, removing skin flakes and germs, inhibiting microorganisms and helping to reduce irritation for safe, repeated microneedling treatments at home.

Bnefits

  • Provides a simple and effective at-home microneedling solution for face and other small areas of the body
  • Ultra-fine 0.2 mm microneedles stimulate superficial skin renewal while keeping treatment virtually painless
  • Removes old skin scales, deposits and blockages of the epidermis, refining skin texture
  • Helps the complexion appear more transparent, even and radiant
  • Can visibly reduce blemishes and the appearance of enlarged pores
  • Promotes superficial blood circulation (microcirculation), supporting fresher and younger-looking skin
  • Enhances absorption of topical skincare products applied after microneedling
  • Roller Cleaner ensures hygienic use by removing germs and skin flakes from the roller head
  • Alcohol-free Roller Cleaner formula helps minimise irritation and supports skin comfort
  • High-quality, German-made microneedling device designed for repeated home use (around 50 treatments with proper care)

Indications

  • At-home microneedling of the face and other small treatment areas for cosmetic skin rejuvenation

      • Hygiene spray: alcohol-free aqueous Roller Cleaner solution containing surfactants and antiseptic ingredients to cleanse the roller head and inhibit microorganisms

      Packaging

      • 1 x Original Home Care Dermaroller HC902 (0.2 mm microneedling roller), typically supplied with its own protective storage case
      • 1 x Dermaroller Roller Cleaner spray bottle 30 ml (alcohol-free formula)
      • Outer carton/packaging labelled as Dermaroller Set HC902 & Roller Cleaner 30ml

      Usage

      • Preparation of the skin:
      • 1. Thoroughly cleanse the treatment area (e.g. face) with a gentle cleanser and ensure the skin is completely dry before microneedling.
      • Microneedling application (2–3 times per week):
      • 2. Gently roll the Dermaroller HC902 over the skin using light, even pressure.
      • 3. Roll horizontally, vertically and diagonally over each section of skin (e.g. cheeks, forehead), approximately 2–3 times in each direction.
      • 4. Slightly lift the roller between directional changes rather than dragging to avoid scratching the skin.
      • 5. Avoid the delicate eye area and do not roll over the lips or mucous membranes.
      • Post-rolling skincare:
      • 6. Allow approximately 10–15 minutes after rolling so the skin can settle.
      • 7. Apply appropriate cosmetic skincare products (for example, hydrating serums or creams) to the treated area as recommended by a skincare professional or according to your usual routine.
      • Cleaning the Dermaroller with Roller Cleaner (after every use):
      • 8. Immediately after microneedling, rinse the roller head under warm running water to remove visible skin residues.
      • 9. Shake the Dermaroller HC902 dry to remove excess water.
      • 10. Spray the Roller Cleaner four times all around the roller head to ensure complete coverage.
      • 11. Shake the roller again and allow it to air dry completely.
      • 12. Store the dry, cleaned Dermaroller HC902 in its protective storage case in a clean, dry place.
      • General guidance:
      • 13. Use the Dermaroller HC902 only as directed, up to 2–3 times per week, leaving rest days between applications.
      • 14. The device is intended for one user only and must not be shared.
      • 15. Replace the Dermaroller HC902 if the needles become damaged, bent, or after the recommended number of uses (around 50 treatments) to maintain safety and effectiveness.

      Contraindications

      • Do not use the Dermaroller HC902 on open wounds, cuts, active infections or inflamed skin.
      • Avoid using on active acne lesions, pustules or other acutely inflamed skin conditions.
      • Do not roll over areas with active herpes (cold sores), warts or other contagious skin infections.

      • Avoid use over raised keloid scars or in individuals known to have a strong tendency to develop keloids.
      • Individuals with bleeding disorders or on systemic anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy should seek medical advice before microneedling.
      • Discontinue use if significant irritation, persistent redness, swelling or signs of infection occur and consult a healthcare professional.

      • Transient erythema (redness), warmth and a feeling of tightness in the treated area shortly after microneedling.
      • Mild swelling or sensitivity of the skin in the treated regions.
      • Temporary dryness or flaking as older skin scales are removed and the epidermis renews.
      • If excessive pressure is applied, superficial pinpoint bleeding or increased irritation may occur.
      • Risk of local infection if the Dermaroller is not cleaned appropriately with water and Roller Cleaner after each use or if used on compromised skin.
      • Possibility of irritation or sensitivity reactions to ingredients in the Roller Cleaner in very sensitive individuals.

      Storage Conditions

      • Store the Dermaroller HC902 and Roller Cleaner at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
      • Ensure the roller head is completely dry after cleaning and always store it in its protective case to protect the microneedles from damage and contamination.
      • Keep the Roller Cleaner bottle tightly closed when not in use.
      • Keep the entire set out of the reach of children.

      Duration
