Disposable fine micro syringe with fixed ultra-thin wall needle
Description
FMS Micro Syringe 32G 8mm 0.5ml is a sterile, single-use fine micro syringe with a fixed 32-gauge ultra-thin wall needle and a 0.5ml barrel. Manufactured by Grand Aespio in South Korea, it is designed for precise, low-trauma injections of botulinum toxin, collagen, hyaluronic acid, local anaesthetics, mesotherapy solutions, PRP, hyaluronidase, insulin and other compatible injectable solutions. The 32G ultra-thin wall stainless steel needle features a neat cutting edge and micro-polished surface to minimise tissue trauma, while the wider internal calibre reduces extrusion force for smoother, more controlled injections. Each syringe is individually wrapped to ensure maximum sterility and is supplied as a box of 100.
Bnefits
- 32G ultra-thin wall needle requires less extrusion force for smoother, more controlled injections
- Micro-polished needle surface and neat cutting edge are designed to minimise friction and tissue trauma
- Causes minimal trauma with less pain, less haemorrhage and fewer visible injection marks compared with standard needles
- Short 8mm needle length and 0.5ml barrel allow accurate dosing for small-volume injections such as botulinum toxin
- Ultra-thin wall construction maintains effective flow even with relatively viscous solutions
- Individually wrapped syringes to maintain sterility up to the point of use
- Versatile use across medical and aesthetic procedures, including insulin and a wide range of injectables
- CE-marked product from a globally recognised medical aesthetics manufacturer
Indications
- Subcutaneous injection of insulin using a 0.5ml fixed-needle insulin-style syringe
- Injection of botulinum toxin for aesthetic and therapeutic indications where a 32G x 8mm needle is appropriate
- Injection of collagen and hyaluronic acid-based fillers or skin boosters in suitable tissue planes
- Administration of local anaesthetics for minor medical or aesthetic procedures
- Mesotherapy treatments, including injection of mesotherapy cocktails and platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
- Injection of hyaluronidase and other compatible aqueous solutions intended for subcutaneous or intradermal use
Composition
- Stainless steel 32G ultra-thin wall needle, 8mm (5/16") length, fixed to the syringe
- Transparent 0.5ml syringe barrel with insulin-style graduations for accurate dosing
- Plunger with rubber piston to enable smooth movement and prevent leakage
- Needle hub and syringe barrel made from medical-grade polymer materials
- Each unit supplied in sterile primary packaging
Formulation
- Syringe capacity: 0.5ml
- Needle gauge: 32G ultra-thin wall
- Needle length: 8mm (approximately 5/16 inch)
- Needle type: fixed, micro-polished, multi-faceted cutting edge
- Configuration: sterile, single-use micro syringe with integrated needle
- Standard presentation: box of 100 individually wrapped syringes
Packaging
- Each FMS Micro Syringe 0.5ml 32G x 8mm is individually wrapped to ensure maximum sterility
- Primary sterile blister or peel-pack containing one 0.5ml syringe with fixed needle
- Outer carton presentation: box of 100 sterile, single-use syringes (Box of 100)
- Packaging labelled with product name, volume, needle gauge and length, lot number and expiry date
Usage
- Use only by appropriately trained healthcare professionals or, for insulin use, by patients who have received adequate training in injection technique.
- Inspect the individual sterile pack before use; do not use if the packaging is damaged, opened or past the expiry date.
- Prepare the injectable solution (e.g. botulinum toxin dilution, insulin, mesotherapy cocktail, PRP, hyaluronidase or local anaesthetic) according to the product-specific instructions and local clinical protocols.
- Open the sterile pack immediately before use and withdraw the syringe. Draw up the required volume of solution into the 0.5ml barrel, using the graduations to ensure accurate dosing and removing any large air bubbles.
- Clean the injection site with an appropriate antiseptic swab and allow the skin to dry completely.
- Insert the 32G x 8mm needle into the appropriate tissue plane (typically subcutaneous or intradermal) at the recommended angle and depth for the product and indication.
- Inject slowly and steadily. The ultra-thin wall needle design reduces extrusion force to permit smooth, controlled delivery and enhanced patient comfort.
- Withdraw the needle carefully and apply gentle pressure or a sterile swab to the injection site if necessary.
- Dispose of the used syringe immediately in an approved sharps container. Do not recap the needle after use. Do not reuse or attempt to re-sterilise the device.
Contraindications
- Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged, opened or beyond the stated expiry date.
- Do not reuse or re-sterilise; this is a single-use disposable syringe and needle.
- Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component materials of the syringe or needle if such sensitivity is suspected.
- Do not inject through areas of active infection, inflammation or compromised skin integrity, in accordance with standard injection practice.
- Not intended for intravascular injection; avoid injecting directly into blood vessels.
- Use only with solutions and indications appropriate for subcutaneous or intradermal injection using a 32G, 8mm fixed needle.
Adverse Effects
- Local pain, stinging or discomfort at the injection site.
- Minor bleeding, bruising or haematoma formation at or around the injection site.
- Transient erythema, swelling or tenderness following injection.
- Infection at the injection site if aseptic technique and appropriate skin preparation are not followed.
- Needle-stick injuries to the user or others if sharps are not handled and disposed of correctly.
- Incorrect injection technique, depth or site selection may increase the risk of local tissue damage or, in combination with certain injectable products, vascular or nerve injury.
Storage Conditions
- Store at room temperature in a clean, dry environment.
- Keep syringes in their original outer carton and individual sterile packs until use to maintain sterility and protect from contamination.
- Protect from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
Duration
Single-use device intended for one injection procedure only; not suitable for reuse or long-term indwelling use.
Onset
Not applicable to the syringe itself. The device provides immediate mechanical delivery of injectable products; onset and duration of clinical effect depend on the medication or solution administered.
