    Mesotherapy injection gun

    Description

iLLUMA Meso Injector is a precision mesotherapy injection gun engineered to deliver accurate and consistent doses of mesotherapy products into the skin while minimising product leakage. The device features a secure syringe locking mechanism and delicate needle control to support uniform targeting of treatment areas and stable injections, even in harder-to-reach zones. Powered by a high-quality motor system, it provides strong and controlled suction so that almost all of the injected content is drawn into and deposited within the skin, helping to reduce waste and improve treatment efficiency. Lightweight, portable and compatible with most standard syringes and a wide range of mesotherapy products, the iLLUMA Meso Injector is designed to improve comfort for both patient and practitioner and to support quicker recovery times compared with less precise manual techniques. Each package includes the meso-injector gun, an adapter, a filter and a separate syringe holder (needle not included).

    • Regularly check, maintain and service the device as outlined in the user manual to ensure continued safe performance.

    Contraindications

    • The device itself has no patient-specific contraindications beyond those of the mesotherapy products being injected; however, it must not be used in patients for whom injectable mesotherapy is contraindicated (e.g. certain systemic illnesses, bleeding disorders, infections in the treatment area).
    • Do not use the device on damaged, broken or infected skin, or in areas with active dermatological disease unless specifically indicated and cleared by a medical professional.
    • Do not operate the device if it is visibly damaged, malfunctioning or has been exposed to liquids in a way not permitted by the manufacturer.
    • Use only with compatible syringes, needles and mesotherapy products; mixing incompatible components may cause leakage, breakage or inaccurate dosing.
    • Avoid use by untrained personnel; incorrect operation can result in patient injury, inaccurate dosing or treatment complications.

    Adverse Effects

    • Adverse effects are primarily related to mesotherapy injections themselves and may include pain, bruising, swelling, erythema, tenderness and, rarely, infection at injection sites.
    • Incorrect use of the device (e.g. inappropriate depth, speed or technique) may increase the risk of tissue trauma, uneven product distribution or patient discomfort.
    • Mechanical failure or improper maintenance could lead to inconsistent dosing or unexpected stops/starts in injection flow, potentially affecting treatment quality.
    • As with all needle-based procedures, there is a risk of vascular injury, haematoma or nerve irritation if anatomical structures are not respected.
    • Electrical or mechanical hazards are possible if the device is used with damaged cables, incompatible power supplies or in wet environments contrary to manufacturer instructions.
