Description

High back patient armchair with removable and reversible seat pad in Delft vinyl upholstery, designed for use in clinical environments such as treatment rooms and wards. The chair features an ergonomic, contoured seat and back to promote correct posture, solid beech wooden frame with antibacterial varnish, and a hygiene gap between seat and back to facilitate cleaning. The removable seat has a smooth vinyl-upholstered underside and can be repositioned to adjust seat depth and provide additional clearance at the front of the chair. Upholstery is fire-retardant and antimicrobial, and the chair is rated to a maximum user weight of 160 kg.

Usage

  • Place the chair on a flat, stable floor surface and check that all four legs are in firm contact with the floor.
  • Before first use, visually inspect the frame, upholstery and glides for any signs of damage.
  • For cleaning, remove the seat pad by lifting it clear of the frame; clean both the seat underside and the chair platform, then refit once dry.
  • To adjust seat depth, reposition the removable seat pad as required to provide additional clearance at the front of the chair.
  • Ensure patients use the armrests and handgrips when sitting down or standing up, and supervise patients with reduced mobility.
  • Do not exceed the stated maximum user weight of 160 kg.
