Emergency torches / integral multi-position lighting system

Description

Blink's is an integral multi-position lighting system from Elite Bags, designed as a compact, magnetic, glow-in-the-dark flashlight for emergency professionals. It combines 14 perimeter LEDs, a front spotlight and multiple flashing patterns to provide upper light, front and rear position lights, flashlight and strobe modes. Built in a lightweight PVC body with a strong magnet, MOLLE clip and central rotating axis, it can be attached to uniforms, backpacks with MOLLE, or any ferrous surface. Its mission is to accompany rescuers, healthcare staff, firefighters and other users in low-light or confined environments, providing signalling and precise illumination of the working or victim intervention area.

Bnefits

  • Multi-function lighting system with upper light, position lights (front and rear), flashlight and strobe modes in one compact unit
  • 14 surrounding LEDs plus a front torch for 360° visibility and focused illumination where needed
  • Integral multi-position design with central turning axis to direct the light exactly towards the intervention area
  • Strong integrated magnet and MOLLE-compatible clip allow flexible anchoring on garments, helmets, backpacks and metal surfaces
  • Glow-in-the-dark body improves visibility and makes the device easier to locate in low light or complete darkness
  • Rechargeable polymer lithium battery with power protection features to prevent overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and overheating
  • Durable construction with PVC housing and drop resistance up to approximately 1.8 m, suitable for demanding emergency-service environments
  • Wide operating temperature range (approx. -35°C to +65°C) for use in extreme weather and confined spaces
  • Multiple flashing patterns and colour combinations (white-red or white-blue depending on model) for signalling, status indication and scene marking
  • Lightweight (around 0.05 kg) and compact (about 8 × 4 × 4 cm), minimising bulk on personal gear

Indications

  • Use by emergency medical services, paramedics and first responders for scene lighting and signalling in low-light conditions
  • Use by firefighters during interior attacks, search and rescue or confined-space operations where ambient light is insufficient
  • Use by rescue teams and civil protection personnel to mark positions, signal emergency situations or identify team members
  • Attachment to uniforms, vests, helmets or MOLLE-compatible backpacks to increase personal visibility and safety
  • Magnetic attachment to vehicles, stretchers, doors or metallic structures to mark access routes, hazards or treatment areas
  • General-purpose emergency and safety lighting for industrial, transport, outdoor or home emergency kits

Composition

  • Housing material: PVC body and structural components
  • Light source: 14 high-intensity LEDs arranged around the perimeter plus a front LED spotlight
  • Battery: 3.7 V, 500 mAh rechargeable polymer lithium battery
  • Internal components: electronic driver and control circuitry for multiple flashing patterns and battery management
  • Anchoring system: integrated strong magnet, MOLLE-compatible clip/tweezer and central rotating axis
  • Glow-in-the-dark and coloured elements: photoluminescent and coloured plastic components depending on model (white-red or white-blue)

Formulation

  • Electronic LED lighting device with integral rechargeable lithium-polymer power source
  • Integral multi-position lighting system offering constant and strobe modes in various patterns
  • Two main colour combinations: white-red (EB09.045) or white-blue (EB09.046)
  • Approximate dimensions: 8 × 4 × 4 cm
  • Approximate weight: 0.05 kg
  • Working temperature range: about -35°C to +65°C
  • Impact resistance: drop-tested to around 1.8 m
  • Electrical characteristics: nominal battery voltage 3.7 V DC; charging via 5 V power adapter (1–2 A depending on charger); charging time under approximately 3 hours; working time generally over 2 hours depending on light pattern

Packaging

  • Supplied as a single Blink's integral multi-position lighting unit in retail/professional packaging
  • Includes dedicated charging base/dock and compatible power input (typically 5 V USB or adaptor, depending on distributor bundle)
  • Product and packaging marked with Elite Bags branding, product code EB09.045 and colour description (White–Red Light)

  • May be supplied in outer cartons containing multiple units for institutional or distributor orders

Usage

Not publicly listed

Contraindications

  • Not intended for use as a medical or therapeutic device on patients.
  • Do not use in environments where the presence of a powered electronic device or lithium battery is prohibited (e.g. certain explosive atmospheres) unless specifically authorised.
  • Do not use if the housing, lens or battery compartment appears damaged, swollen, cracked or deformed.
  • Do not charge or operate the device outside the specified temperature range (approximately -35°C to +65°C).
  • Do not look directly into the LEDs at close range for prolonged periods, especially in high-intensity or strobe modes, due to risk of visual discomfort.
  • Do not use non-approved chargers or power supplies with inappropriate voltage or current ratings.

Adverse Effects

  • Temporary visual discomfort, glare or dazzled vision if the light is directed into the eyes at close range.
  • Potential photosensitive reactions or discomfort in individuals sensitive to flashing or strobe lights.
  • Skin or soft-tissue pinching or minor abrasions from improper use of the clip or magnet attachment points.
  • Risk of minor injury or equipment damage if the device detaches from a surface due to incorrect anchoring or strong impacts.
  • In very rare cases, overheating, leakage or failure of the internal lithium-polymer battery if misused, overcharged with incompatible chargers or exposed to extreme conditions.
  • Environmental impact if the lithium battery and electronic components are not disposed of according to local e-waste and battery regulations.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Avoid prolonged storage in vehicles or environments where temperatures may exceed the specified range (approximately -35°C to +65°C).
  • Switch the device off during storage and avoid leaving it in active flashing modes when not in use.
  • Recharge the battery periodically during long-term storage to prevent deep discharge.
  • Keep away from flammable materials, open flames and sources of sparks.
  • Store out of reach of children when not in supervised use.
  • Do not store the device in contact with strong solvents, oils or chemicals that may degrade PVC or seals.

Duration

Not a medical treatment product. Illumination is provided for as long as the battery has sufficient charge; typical continuous working time is greater than 2 hours depending on the selected pattern and mode.

Onset

Illumination and signalling are effectively instantaneous when the device is switched on or when lighting modes are changed.
