Usage

  • Reserved for adults, except pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Standard dose: 1 stick per day in the morning.
  • Knead or malax the stick before opening to homogenise the contents.
  • The stick can be swallowed directly without water, or emptied into a spoon, yoghurt or compote before ingestion.
  • Recommended course: 1 box for 20 days.
  • The 20-day course can be renewed for up to 3 consecutive months if needed.
  • After 3 months of consecutive use, take a minimum break of 1 month before starting a new course.
  • Use as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; this food supplement is not a medicine.
  • To support the skin’s natural hydration, drink at least about 1.5 litres of water per day unless medically contraindicated.
  • Adhere to the recommended daily dose; do not exceed the stated dose.

Contraindications

Adverse Effects
