Usage

  • Reserved for adults, except pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Take the capsules during meals with a glass of water to optimise tolerance and absorption.
  • Standard phototype-adapted dosing (per NHCO guidelines):
  • – Phototypes I and II (very fair, fair skin that burns easily): 2 capsules per day during the first 2 weeks, then 2 capsules per day during the following weeks.
  • – Phototypes III, IV and V (medium to dark skin): 2 capsules per day during the first 2 weeks, then 1 capsule per day during the following weeks.
  • One box provides 4 to 8 weeks of use depending on phototype and dosing schedule.
  • Begin supplementation ideally about 2 weeks before planned sun exposure, continue during the exposure period and, if desired, for some weeks afterward to help maintain the tan and cellular protection.
  • The programme can be renewed for up to 3 consecutive months according to sun exposure and phototype.

Adverse Effects
