Injectable mesotherapy / cellulite (gynoid lipodystrophy) treatment
Description
ALIDYA Anti-Lipodystrophic Agents is a CE-marked injectable mesotherapy device specifically formulated to treat and prevent gynoid lipodystrophy (cellulite) and its visible effects such as orange-peel skin. The product consists of 5 vials of lyophilised powder (340 mg each) and 5 vials of solvent (10 ml each) that are mixed immediately before use to form a clear or slightly pink solution. Based on a polyamino acid gel and a synergistic blend of amino-acid–based and chelating ingredients, Alidya improves microcirculation, detoxifies tissue by chelating metal ions and toxins, restructures adipose tissue, and enhances skin firmness and elasticity. It is intended for professional mesotherapy use on cellulite-prone areas such as the thighs, buttocks, abdomen, hips, knees, arms and shoulders.

Usage
- For professional use only; treatment must be performed by a qualified healthcare professional trained in mesotherapy techniques.
- Aseptically transfer the 10 ml solvent from one vial into a vial containing 340 mg lyophilised powder using a sterile syringe.
- Gently shake the vial for a few seconds until the solution becomes clear or slightly pink; a characteristic odour may be present and is considered normal.
- Disinfect the treatment area thoroughly before injection.
- Inject the reconstituted solution using mesotherapy technique into the deep dermis or subcutaneous tissue of the cellulite-affected area (typically with a fine needle such as 30G).
- Administer multiple 0.2–0.3 ml micro-bolus injections across the treatment area, adjusting total volume according to the size of the area and patient body habitus (commonly 1–2 vials per session).
- Perform sessions once weekly; a typical initial course is 7–12 treatment sessions depending on cellulite severity.
- Advise the patient to avoid excessive heat exposure (sun, sauna), vigorous exercise and cosmetics on the treated area for a short period after treatment, and to maintain good hydration.
- After completion of the initial course, repeat maintenance sessions approximately once per year (or as clinically indicated) to sustain results.
