Intensive anti-dark spot depigmenting face cream

Description

Dépiwhite Advanced Intensive Anti-brown Spot Cream is a targeted depigmenting treatment from Laboratoire ACM designed for skin prone to dark spots such as melasma (pregnancy mask), age spots and sun-induced hyperpigmentation. This unscented cream combines specific depigmenting active ingredients and plant extracts to act at multiple stages of melanogenesis: it slows melanin production, promotes the elimination of existing epidermal melanin and stimulates melanin biodegradation. With regular use on localized areas for 2 to 6 months, it helps fade brown spots, limit their reappearance and even out the complexion, leaving the skin more uniform and radiant.

Bnefits

  • Intensive localized depigmenting action targeted at brown spots (age spots, sun spots, melasma, pregnancy mask).
  • Acts at multiple stages of melanogenesis: reduces melanin synthesis, eliminates existing epidermal melanin and stimulates melanin biodegradation.
  • Helps fade existing dark spots and limits their reappearance with regular use.
  • Evens out and brightens overall skin tone for a more uniform complexion.
  • Unscented, cream texture designed for good cosmetic acceptability on the face.
  • Formulated with kojic acid, niacinamide (vitamin PP), plant depigmenting extracts (arbutin, luteolin, parsley) and vitamin C derivative for synergistic brightening.
  • Contains moisturizing and emollient ingredients (glycerin, lactic acid, grape seed oil) that help maintain skin comfort.
  • Dermatological brand product frequently recommended by dermatologists for epidermal hyperpigmentation.
  • Suitable for localized use on face, neck and décolleté in adults with skin prone to dark spots.

Indications

  • Localized epidermal hyperpigmentation such as age spots (senile lentigines).
  • Brown spots linked to sun exposure (solar lentigines).

  • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on the face, neck or décolleté, as advised by a dermatologist.
  • Uneven complexion due to excess melanin production in localized areas.

Usage

  • Apply once daily, in the morning or evening, only to the areas to be treated (e.g. brown spots on face, neck or décolleté).
  • Use on clean, dry skin; apply a small amount of cream directly to the dark spots and massage gently until fully absorbed.
  • Use consistently for a period of 2 to 6 months, or as recommended by a dermatologist, to obtain optimal depigmenting results.
  • Avoid application to large areas; this product is intended for localized use on small pigmented zones.
  • Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen suitable for hyperpigmented skin during the day on all exposed areas, as sun exposure can worsen dark spots and counteract results.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; in case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Do not apply to irritated, compromised or freshly shaved skin; discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation or intolerance occurs.
  • For adult use; in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding or underlying dermatological conditions, seek medical advice before use.

Contraindications

  • Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients (e.g. kojic acid, niacinamide, plant extracts, preservatives).
  • Do not apply to broken, irritated or infected skin.
  • Not intended for use on large body areas or as an all-over face cream; localized application only.
  • Use in children is not generally recommended unless specifically advised by a physician.
  • Caution in individuals with very sensitive or reactive skin; patch testing is advisable before first use.
  • In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, use only on medical advice even though the product is a cosmetic depigmenting cream.

Adverse Effects

  • Transient mild irritation, redness or stinging at the application site, particularly on sensitive skin.
  • Dryness or slight desquamation (flaking) in the treated areas due to the depigmenting and keratolytic actives.
  • Rarely, allergic contact dermatitis or more marked irritation; in such cases, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
  • Increased photosensitivity of the treated areas is possible; inadequate photoprotection may lead to paradoxical darkening or recurrence of spots.

Storage Conditions

  • Store at room temperature, away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
  • Keep the tube tightly closed when not in use to protect the formula.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Use before the expiry date printed on the packaging.

Duration

Recommended as an intensive localized course for 2 to 6 months, once daily, or as advised by a dermatologist depending on the type and severity of brown spots.

Onset

Initial visible improvement in dark spots and skin tone uniformity is typically observed after several weeks of consistent daily use, with more pronounced effects over 2 to 6 months; individual results may vary.
