Ultra-thin insulin syringes with integrated needle

Description

ELASTY 32G Ultra-Thin Insulin Syringes (8mm, 1.0cc) are fine-wall, ultra-thin micro syringes designed for precise, low-pain injections. Featuring a 32G needle with 8 mm length and a 1.0 cc (1 ml) barrel, they provide an ideal combination of capacity and control for insulin administration and aesthetic procedures such as dermal hydration or volumising treatments. Based on DongBang Medical’s decades of needle-polishing technology, the ultra-thin wall and micro-polished needle tip minimise insertion force, reduce tissue trauma, and allow smoother flow, even with higher-viscosity solutions. Each box contains 100 sterile, individually packed single-use syringes trusted by clinics and professionals.

Bnefits

  • Ultra thin-walled 32G needle for smoother injections with minimal extrusion force
  • Micro-polished needle tip designed to minimise pain, tissue damage, bleeding and swelling
  • 1.0 cc (1 ml) capacity suitable for insulin dosing and larger-volume aesthetic injections
  • 8 mm needle length ideal for subcutaneous injection techniques commonly used for insulin and aesthetics
  • Fine-wall design enables easier injection of higher-viscosity solutions compared with standard insulin syringes
  • Consistent, controlled delivery suitable for medical and aesthetic clinic use
  • Supplied sterile and individually packed to support high standards of infection control
  • Trusted ELASTY / DongBang Medical needle technology backed by decades of manufacturing experience
  • Single-use design reduces risk of cross-contamination compared with re-usable equipment
  • Compatible with a wide range of injectable medicines and solutions when used by appropriately trained professionals

Indications

  • Subcutaneous injection of insulin using a 32G, 8 mm, 1.0 cc insulin syringe, in line with local clinical guidelines
  • Subcutaneous or intradermal injection of aesthetic solutions (e.g. dermal hydration products, certain mesotherapy or volumising treatments) by trained professionals
  • Clinical situations where a high-precision, fine-gauge 32G needle and 1.0 cc barrel are required for accurate dose delivery
  • Use in medical and aesthetic clinics that prefer ultra-thin, fine-wall syringes for improved patient comfort and smooth injection

Composition

  • Sterile single-use insulin syringe with integrated 32G stainless-steel needle (8 mm length, ultra-thin wall)
  • Transparent plastic barrel with 1.0 cc (1 ml) volume markings
  • Plunger with elastomeric gasket for smooth movement and sealing
  • Protective needle cap and plunger rod made from medical-grade plastics
  • Lubricated needle (e.g. silicone oil coating) to reduce insertion and extrusion force

Formulation

  • Gauge: 32G ultra-thin needle
  • Needle length: 8 mm
  • Barrel volume: 1.0 cc / 1 ml
  • Design: fine-wall, ultra-thin micro syringe for insulin and aesthetic use
  • Configuration: fixed (integrated) needle insulin syringe, sterile and non-reusable
  • Presentation: box of 100 syringes, each individually packed

Packaging

  • Cardboard outer box labelled as ELASTY Fine Syringe 32G, 8 mm, 1.0 cc
  • Quantity: 100 syringes per box
  • Each syringe supplied sterile and individually packaged (e.g. blister or peel-pack pouch)
  • Packaging printed with gauge, length, volume and lot/expiry details for traceability

Usage

  • Use only by or under the supervision of appropriately trained healthcare or aesthetic professionals, or as directed by a clinician for insulin self-injection.
  • Check the packaging for integrity, expiry date, and correct gauge/length/volume before use; do not use if the sterile pack is damaged or expired.
  • Prepare the injection solution (e.g. insulin or other authorised medication) according to product instructions and local clinical protocols.
  • Draw up the required volume into the 1.0 cc barrel, expelling any visible air bubbles to ensure accurate dosing.
  • Disinfect the injection site and allow the skin to dry before inserting the needle.
  • Insert the 32G, 8 mm needle at the angle and depth recommended for the specific medication and injection technique (e.g. subcutaneous injection for insulin).
  • Depress the plunger smoothly and steadily to deliver the dose, taking advantage of the fine-wall design for low extrusion force.
  • Withdraw the needle carefully and apply light pressure with sterile gauze if required.
  • Dispose of the entire syringe and needle immediately in an approved sharps container; ELASTY insulin syringes are strictly single-use and must not be reused or re-sterilised.
  • Follow all local guidelines and institutional policies for injection technique, sharps safety, and infection prevention.

Contraindications

  • No specific contraindications inherent to the syringe beyond standard injection precautions; suitability depends on the medication, dose and patient factors.
  • Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any syringe component if such sensitivity is identified.
  • Not suitable where a different needle gauge, length or volume is clinically indicated (e.g. where longer needles or safety syringes are required).
  • Do not use if sterile packaging is damaged, open or past the expiry date.

Adverse Effects

  • Local pain, discomfort or stinging at the injection site related to needle insertion and the injected medication.
  • Minor bleeding, bruising or haematoma at the injection site.
  • Transient redness, swelling or irritation at the injection area.
  • Very rare risk of infection at the injection site if aseptic technique and disposal procedures are not properly followed.
  • Incorrect use or poor injection technique may lead to dosing errors or tissue injury independent of the syringe design.

Storage Conditions

  • Store syringes in their original box in a clean, dry environment at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Keep in a secure location out of the reach of children and unauthorised users.
  • Protect packaging from moisture, physical damage and contamination.
  • Do not attempt to re-sterilise; use each syringe once and discard safely after use.
  • Do not use after the labelled expiry date or if individual sterile packs are damaged or opened before use.

Duration

Not applicable to the syringe itself; duration of treatment depends on the medication (e.g. insulin regimen or aesthetic protocol) prescribed by a healthcare professional.

Onset

Not applicable to the syringe itself; onset and duration of effect are determined by the injected drug or solution.
