The latest version of the Medical app (2.0.30) is now available on the Apple App Store.

It brings a number of improvements to the Medical App, including Two Factor Authentication and Biometric log in. 

In the same way that the Control Centre now requires a 2FA code to access the account, logging into the Medical App will also require a OTP code to be entered. 

The OTP code will be sent to the user’s registered email and mobile number. These can be updated from the Control Centre – Set up – Team page. 

Once logged in you can enable the use of Face or Touch Id (depending on iPad used) to log into the same user account in future. 

This can be enabled using the toggle found on the settings page of the Medical App.
