Description

Dermaheal HSR is an advanced skin rejuvenating mesotherapy solution specifically formulated to hydrate dry, mature and ageing skin. It combines 1% hyaluronic acid with a complex of over 50–58 active ingredients, including biomimetic peptides, recombinant human growth factors, multivitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, nucleic acids and antioxidants such as glutathione. The cocktail delivers intense hydration, promotes cellular regeneration, boosts collagen and elastin production, smooths fine lines and deeper wrinkles, improves elasticity and helps minimise pores, scarring and sagging for a firmer, more youthful, radiant complexion.

Composition

Usage

Typical mesotherapy/skin booster protocol for anti-ageing:
• 1 session per week for 4 weeks (intensive initial phase).
• Followed by 2 sessions per month for 2 months.
• Then 1 session per month for ongoing maintenance and support.
One 5 ml vial is usually used per session for full-face treatment; quantity may be adjusted depending on treatment area (face, neck, décolleté, hands) and protocol.

Contraindications

Adverse Effects

Transient redness, pinpoint bleeding, oedema and mild discomfort at the treatment sites, particularly when using injection or microneedling techniques.
Short-lived bruising at injection points in some patients.
Temporary dryness, tightness or mild flaking as skin renews.
Rare allergic or irritant reactions to one or more components, presenting as persistent redness, itching, burning or swelling; treatment should be discontinued and medical advice sought if this occurs.
Improper technique or non-sterile procedures can increase risk of infection, scarring or other complications when used invasively; strict aseptic technique and professional training are essential.

Storage Conditions

Store vials between approximately 2°C and 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
Do not freeze.
Keep vials in their original packaging until use to protect from light and contamination.
Shelf life is typically 2 years from the date of manufacture when unopened.
After opening, the contents are generally considered stable for up to 5 days when stored in a refrigerator; however, for sterility reasons, single-use immediate application is strongly recommended.
Keep out of reach of children.

Duration

A standard initial course generally consists of 4 weekly sessions, followed by 2 sessions per month for 2 months, then once a month for maintenance.
